You will also have an opportunity to be exposed to VISION 2050 which is/will affect you, your quality of life and economic development.

QUARTERLY MEETING
Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC Saturday’s quarterly meeting is the JACKPOT of invaluable information for you – taxpayer, stakeholder, business owner, head of household, curious property owner, and JUST WANT TO KNOW citizen.  We have prepared three (3) sessions along with a MEET-GREET-EAT.
  • COMMISSIONER STEVE MINER started at the City of Milwaukee in January 2014 as the Chief Assessor and became the Commissioner in February of this year. He was formerly the Assessor in Wauwatosa for 6 ½ years, and prior to that spent 15 years as the City Assessor in Cudahy.
  • COMMERCIAL CORRIDOR MANAGER Ken Little has a strong background in commercial lending, finance and banking.  His background includes Seaway Bank and Trust Company, Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority, and Associated Bank.
He brings opportunities of capital investment to the table.
He has oversight of the Business Improvement Districts.

We will look at BIDS.
AMANI is associated with the assessments of BID #32.
This meeting is being held in assessment area of BID#32.

Got questions about BID #32?  Got recommendations for CHANGE?  Are you contacted for participation in how the funds collected are spent?  Would you like to have more transparency and accountability?  Do you want to know who is making decisions?  Do you want to know how YOU can access capital improvement funding?
  • PLANNER C TERRANCE ANDERSON is a member of the staff of the Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission.  He is our residential consultant for the year to share information and training for citizen understanding and input in Vision 2050.
