In February 2014, Text4baby named R&B Superstar and
Grammy award-winning singer Brandy as the new Text4baby Celebrity Ambassador.
In her role as Celebrity Ambassador, Brandy will promote the service through
new public service announcements, special videos for Text4baby moms and social
media.
Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. joined forces with Text4baby in
an effort to continue their long-standing commitment to promote healthier starts
for babies. For each mom who enrolls in Text4baby between September 1st, 2013 -
April 30th, 2014, a Z-HOPE point will be awarded to the Zeta region of the
mom’s zip code.
In December 2012,Text4baby launched a partnership with
multi-platinum recording artist Tyrese Gibson and Feel Rich, the first ever
multicultural health and fitness Media Company. The winner received a custom
lullaby created by Tyrese and Quincy Jones III (QD3), a 40x Platinum, Grammy
and Emmy Award winning producer, and co-founder of Feel Rich. Text4baby's Feel
Rich Moms Contest signed up more than 1,000 moms, hosted a city-wide baby
shower event in Houston, and gained great media coverage among top outlets such
as Houston Style Magazine, Mobile Health News, and The Herald Online. Quincy
Jones III posted a blog on Huffington Post about the contest and Text4baby,
saying, "I saw the real value Text4baby could bring into any mom's life,
