City Center Milwaukee - Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC is increasing its Domestic and Global performance level at the census tract and neighborhood level of Milwaukee with leadership in customer care and reporting in its Welcome Wagon "Cross-Culture" Immigration Visas and Employment Based -1, 2, 3, 4, 5 expectations and snarls.

Creating a competitive economy that attract known talent, hidden talent and vetted businesses to create jobs with gainful employment and business development to spike the infrastructure at the census tract and neighborhood level of city Center Milwaukee.

NEW VENTURES
In addition to providing city-center stakeholders, especially African American and People of Color, "skin-in-the-game" engagements, we work to help ensure that City of Milwaukee stakeholders at the census tract and neighborhood level are educated about the benefits of economic development (business development and job development) of the EB-5 investor and Visa program for global collaborations and partnerships.

EB-5 - Employment-based 5
In 1990, the EB-5 (Employment-based, Category 5) was created for individual investors to receive a Visa. In 1993, the government created Regional Centers.  The individual investor was given the opportunity to invest alone or through/with the Regional Center and receive a Green Card.  The investment call for $500,000, $1,000,000 or more depending on the formulas of the investment and 10 jobs per projects.  The conditions also ask that the conditional Visa requirement is completed in two years, the foreign investor lives in the USA and work/lead company.  We especially seek benefits related to tax credits on behalf of an urban/low income and high unemployment population.

We report to taxpayers, Congressional Committees, and three (3) departments that have direct authority with individual investors and investors through Milwaukee Regional Center.  The federal departments are:

• Department of Homeland Security
• United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)
• United States Internal Revenue.

MPA LLC Welcome Wagon is the vehicle to open doors, address barriers and engage bold and innovative opportunities with LIKE-MINDS and believers to ensure that investments are targeted for census tract and neighborhood development.  Education Attainment and Information Technology is paramount in sponsorship and stewardship opportunities to maximize tax credits and NEW investments.
