Evidence-based architecture at the Census Tract and Neighborhood - supports TRUST and BUY-In

MILWAUKEE | "By-design" Enduring Concentrated Poverty/ECP in the City of Milwaukee by those placed in the position of elected-appointed-hired leadership is considered an "individual-PEOPLE mandate".

If WE, the People, cease to elect or re-elect the identified person/problem, the People can begin the change by putting in-place those who foster All Hands on Deck, WE CAN personal responsibility to be inclusive and to work for the overall aggrandizement of ALL.  To ensure that those elected are strengthened though monitoring and accountability; and, the Oath of Office  which includes the U.S. Constitution is not forgotten.  Thus, leaving the door open for NEW appeals and reform of laws that are wrong and created to disadvantage those not in power.

Desired Outcome
The desired outcome of Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC is to:  Re-define, Re-Brand and Un-Trap hidden talent and vetted businesses at the census tract and neighborhood level infrastructure for upscalability in economic development and quality of life planning and implementation.

The change calls for an evidence-based architecture in the finger- and blueprinting of quality of life and economic development planning, implementation, and oversight of ALL federal funding - directly and indirectly.

Citizenship Stewardship is the Feng shui - harmonizing the environment with the human existence at the neighborhood level - it puts in place and oversees for evidence-based outcomes for better government.  Outcomes include:
  • TRUST in government officials.
  • Best practices and transparency in government.
  • Less unintended consequences caused by government.
  • Better public schools for growing the coming generations.
  • Less crime and improved safety intervention plans by the citizenry.
  • Flourishing neighborhoods with affordable and safe housing options.
  • Employers and employees marketplace pipeline at the neighborhood level.
  • Education and technology attainment throughout the neighborhood for adults.
  • Education outlets in competition with growing the citizenry with engagements.
  • Urban population health care through the Affordable Health Care law is a  permanent "Get-out-of Jail" Platinum card for each American citizen.
  • Lower cost and better efficiency in customer/end-user/beneficiaries' services that seek the public as one distinct way to dispel "crisis of confidence".
