WASHINGTON - (MPA-PPR), the U. S. Secret Service top administrator is a female, the first woman to head the organization.  Julia Pierson has been with the Secret Service since 1983 - 30 years.   She has a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice.  Congratulations!

She takes over an agency that has been embroiled in tumoil - battered by recent prostitution scandal.
