OATH OF OFFICE, FRAUD and CONSUMER PROTECTION, A Must

MILWAUKEE (MPA-PPR) -- The Oath of Office - Solemn Pledge to honor the U.S. Constitution (Preamble, Bill of Rights and Amendments) has become a priority of MPA LLC All Hands on Deck, WE CAN Initiative.

MPA LLC Smart Growth Signature Plan (2005-2010) IDENTIFIED paid government employees as a major contributor to Enduring Concentrated Poverty in the city of Milwaukee.  The government employees are:

• Elected
• Appointed
• Hired

FRAUD

Acts of Discrimination, cronyism, conflicts of interest, and acts of deception are ways of FRAUD perpetrated on the citizenry.  These are acts that help DEFRAUD those who have put them in office to represent the fairness and appropriateness of the government.

The Oath of Office - has a solemn Pledge to bond the words that link "person-to-Constitution" - U.S. Constitution, the granddaddy of law.  Too often it does not.  Wherein, you will find the city of Milwaukee and other areas with like constructs.

Recommendation & Action

Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC newest platform is the Consumer Protection arm.  This is a very coveted area of focus at this time by the U.S. Attorney General's office - our country's top law enforcers.

MPA LLC has added Consumer Protection to its Safety Matters program to strengthen and give clarity.

The Safety Matters arm has been on HOLD.  It has over 300 followers on Facebook and recently added to Scribd.com.

The Consumer arm caution against scams, exploitation and fraud.  To help clean up the fraudulent acts in our government - through discrimination, neglect, cronyism, race/gender/class/wage/capital/tax/business style difference, residential and commercial staleholders must be at the take from the idea for proper DNA and buy-in.   

"The Fraudsters", in the marketplace and in government, at every level, have become so overwhelming - many in the marketplace have teamed up with government employee.

"Just as there are Fraudsters in the marketplace; unfortunately, we have Fraudsters in our government systems that must be removed and prior to their removal, identified and where appropriate, given an opportunity to square-up their debt to the citizenry.  Too often, you may find massive deception where the lobbying and campaign donations are in the details".

"Fraudsters in consumer fraud is a high priority of the U. S. Attorney General - in and out of the marketplace.  In my case as a business owner, denied access to Milwaukee County Department of Aging senior centers for the well-being of seniors in the upcoming Affordable Health Care marketplace is seen by me as a form of FRAUD".

We recently implemented ROLL CALL as the mechanism by which to readily recognize role model lawmakers as well as those who fail their Oath of Office. It is an opportunity for fairness.  It is an opportunity to do the right thing.  It is an opportunity for the wise government officials to be transparent - not dig in with arrogance, denial and failure to communicate".
