Did I hear DIVIDE and CONQUER - Walker said and did it - BARRETT did it in Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE(MPA) - The recent clamor is a released "Got-sha" tape of Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker using "Divide and Conquer" as his strategy to B-R-E-A-K U-P the collective bargaining process in Wisconsin.   Tsk. Tsk. Tsk.

It is an ole Caucasian strategy called Willie Lynching - used for generations to keep African Americans behind the 8th Ball - Discrimination - Segregation - Bigotry - Demonizing - Incarceration - UNEMPLOYMENT - Enduring Concentrated Poverty.

The difference in the two, Walker and Barrett, Walker did it primarily to Caucasians (the ones with the jobs) to get MONEY/Favor AND Mayor Tom Barrett did it to Milwaukeeans, primarily African Americans and other People of Color, by taking jobs and government funding resources from African Americans and other People of Color and giving to Caucasians - IN and OUT of the City of Milwaukee.

So, why would People of Color vote in mass for to elect either one?
What guarantee do they have that Barrett will do differently?   He recently SNUBBED the Wisconsin Black Chamber of Commerce Democratic Candidates for Governor Forum, May 2, 2012 - Wisconsin African American Women's Center, 3020 W. Vliet Street, Milwaukee,Wisconsin.   Tsk. Tsk. Tsk.

How could there be a change of heart for to vote either way?

What do you think?
