WASHINGTON, DC - FCC/Federal Communication Committee - May 14, 2012, Republican Ajit Pai and Democrat Jessica Rosenworcel were sworn in as commissioners by FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski.The two have been waiting for confirmation - they received it last week.
Their confirmation was held up due to Senator Chuck Grassley probe regarding Light Squared - future wireless infrastructure. The five-member commission will be in full court later this week in front of the Senate Commerce Committee.
