DAVOS, Switzerland - Today is the kickoff day for the 42nd World Economic Forum in Davos.

Milwaukee Professionals Association embraces the smartness of INNOVATION in reports submitted in advance of today's kick-off.

All Hands on Deck, WE, Not Me Initiative that reaches out for INCLUSION of people, ideas, opportunities and resources has adopted and tweaking a talent mobility best practice report for inclusion in Milwaukee.

Too often, it is the same players around the table with jaded thoughts crowded by fear, denial and polarization. Too often, it is only Caucasians, when it is a global construct for all of Earth's inhabitants to survive.

In 2012, in the 21st Century, that is more than RISKY. It is a pre-requisite for mortal inevitability. We look forward to expanding the People of Color participants at the table for 2013 in Davos.

In come my favorite idea-provoking and role-modeling forum of the year, the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.

We ask that you view:
Immigration as a Business Solution to Scarce Talent

After your review, even during your review, you should be able to gather the basic benefit for them, but more importantly, see how you can flip-the-switch for your need, discoveries and/or refinements.

For All Hands on Deck, WE, Not Me Action Initiative, we see the process shared regarding Talent Mobility Best Practices as durable in our Urban city of Milwaukee that has a diverse hidden population that is in need of employment, education attainment, technology attainment and research at different levels.

Further, my office would offer a trajectory of use creating a "layered" employment tract for long-term sustainability in the 190 neighborhoods of Milwaukee; then, seeding collaborative partnerships to neighboring rural and urban cities, townships and villages.
