Milwaukee Professionals Association 2011 "Calling a Spade-a-Spade"
January 18, 2012
MILWAUKEE, WI - Today, Milwaukee Professionals Association released the 2011 Calling a Spade-a-Spade designation. It was given to County Supervisor Gerry Broderick of the 3rd District for his December 19, 2011 Press Release:
MMAC EDUCATION PLAN LACKS EXPERTISE.
Supervisor Broderick released the following statement:
“It has been announced that members of the MMAC have devised a strategy to ‘close the education gap’ in the Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS). That’s nice of them to take such interest, but who elected them to make these decisions? Who do they represent? What type of special expertise do they have on education? Are they under the false impression that they’re on the MPS Board?"
