MIDWEST USA

HEALTH & PATIENT CARE | Lack of quality care by doctors, nurses, technical agents, clerical staff, risk management staff, administrative staff, and boards of hospitals in patient care has raised "red flags" that jeopardize the Hippocratic Oath and standard of service.

"I have experienced a major disconnect as a patient from 2019 to now with inconveniences, lack of timely service, questionable payout of my insurance-guarantor, and unsatisfied services", said Mary Glass, patient of Cleveland Clinic, University Hospital, and Oak Street Hill in Ohio.

Below are 25 red flags identified for review and change.
