MILWAUKEE || The tale of two cities - African Americans, other People of Color, and the very different power-grabbing and privileged world of Caucasians are on the top burner.
The ex-mayor, Tom Barrett, has conspiciously jumped ship for an ambassadorship in Europe and possibly some wrongdoing. His sudden departure during the COVID/Delta Variant virus and the American Rescue Plan Act Infrastructure left the city affairs in a conundrum as well as Sharon Robinson, Department of Administration, Kirsten Johnson, Commissioner of Health, and Makda Fessahaye, Director of Employee Relations (since left the city personnel for UW-Milwaukee) as well as the departure of his Chief of Staff Jodie Tabak.
Director of Communication Jeff Fleming has been in-and-out of the office of Tom Barrett with questionable office staff and cabinet members.
Our findings show African Americans and other People of Color reneging and contributing to wholesale "discrimination", gentrification, blocking decision-making, and wrongdoing to ensure cronyism as well as receive benefits - titles, awards, grants, employment, and property.

Transdev -
Transdev, formerly Veolia Transdev, is a French-based international private-sector company which operates public transport. It has operations in 17 countries and territories as of November 2020.
The Hop, also known as the Milwaukee Streetcar, is a modern streetcar system in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The 2.1-mile (3.4 km) initial line connects the Milwaukee Intermodal Station and Downtown to the Lower East Side and Historic Third Ward neighborhoods. A 0.4-mile (640 m) Lakefront branch, to the proposed "Couture" high-rise development, has been mostly constructed, but is not projected to open until late 2022. The system is owned by the city and operated by Transdev.
Construction of the system began in late 2016 and was completed in summer 2018. Service to the public began on November 2, 2018.

A NEW infrastructure with mega changes supported by the BIDEN/HARRIS administration.
We call for INFRASTRUCTURAL changes to automatically remove travails that are part of "business as usual" practices in lock-step voting and conducting use of resources
(BIDs, NIDs, TIDs, CDBG-NSPs, FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS) to remove poverty, un-, and under-employment, with unsafe trends within the streets-water-healthcare and climate environment.
We are using the American Rescue Plan Act (2021-2025) and President Joseph Biden's "Build Back Better" rules, regulations, and funding as the guidepost.
We call for the Department of Justice to enforce the law to hold accountable elected, appointed, hired, and donor-for-hire officials who misuse our funds - who fail to get our approval. THIS IS OUR MONEY.
