Today, President Biden announced the American Families Plan, an investment in our kids, our families, and our economic future.

In March, the President signed into law the American Rescue Plan, which continues to provide immediate relief to American families and communities. Approximately 161 million payments of up to $1,400 per person have gone out to households, schools are reopening, and 100 percent of Americans ages 16 and older are now eligible for a COVID-19 vaccine. The Rescue Plan is projected to lift more than five million children out of poverty this year, cutting child poverty by more than half. While too many Americans are still out of work, we are seeing encouraging signs in the labor market, as businesses begin to rehire and some of the hardest hit sectors begin to reopen.

Currently, a number of issues have come before the public over the last year during the COVID-19 Pandemic. 

Change of administration to the BIDEN/HARRIS administration the public has been guided with acceptable protocols.  A NO PANIC - Scientific approach is necessary.

With the scares during the past year, misinformation, lack of information has contributed to slower back from Pandemic.

Nov 20, 2020 — An Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) is a mechanism to facilitate the availability and use of medical countermeasures, including vaccines, during public health emergencies, such as the current COVID-19 pandemic.

The EUA - Emergency Use Authorization for Vaccines of the COVID-19 Pandemic has allowed the CDC/Centers for Disease Control and FDA/Food & Drug Administration to authorize COVID-19 VACCINATIONS of 12-15 year-olds starting May 13, 2021.  They have authorized Pfizer/BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine.

PARENTS and GUARDIANS

WE, THE PEOPLE, support contact, planning, training, documentation of RECOVERY resources, and ongoing communication through the RECOVERY Act to pace the vaccinations and RETURN to classes campaigns.

We, THE PEOPLE, call for an immediate and ongoing documented plan including the citizenry of Milwaukee within the 96.8 square miles, especially parents and guardians.

A RECOVERY PLAN to be shared with the public to ensure that "hesitancy" of all kinds are addressed and to get out ahead of the doubt,  To place "guardrails" for respect of privacy, religious issues, past public acts that left African Americans infected with syphilis and other debilitating illnesses.

Clearly, community organizations for health - physicians, boards/committees, and respected organizations that LOOK-LIKE the population, with knowledge about the citizens at the census tract, neighborhood clinics with language-appropriate dialog and familiar with practices, an alphabetical list of a Registry giving the authorized sites for the public.  The Registry comes with facts, locations for health services - vaccines, etc., contact information, contact persons of authority, up-to-date COVID-19 zip code data, designated "Clearinghouses" for BROADBAND leadership, and regular meetings.

Black Lives Matter leadership is welcome and mandated for a framework of Public Safety in the public square.
