CITY-WIDE MILWAUKEE || The video is in, take a look and see for yourself how YOU/We have been "HAD".

We, The People are MISSING - and have been by DESIGN missing.  Core Constituents.
Milwaukee
3-01. Mayor. The mayor shall take care that the laws of the state and the ordinances of the city are duly observed and enforced; and that all officers of the city discharge their respective duties. He shall from time to time give the common council such information and recommend such measures as he may deem advantageous to the city. The mayor shall be the chief executive officer, and the head of the fire department and of the police of the city, and in case of a riot or other disturbance, or whenever he and the chief of police shall deem it necessary for the prevention of threatened disorder or for the preservation of the public peace and the good order of the city, they may appoint as many special or temporary policemen as they may deem necessary. Such special or temporary policemen shall serve for such length of time as the mayor and chief of police shall deem necessary, and shall receive such compensation for their services as the common council shall provide or direct, but the term of said special policemen shall in no case exceed the time of two weeks. Milwaukee's slow response to troubling lead level reports sparks outrage

click
Parents in Milwaukee say city leaders aren't doing enough to protect their kids from lead. While the national average for lead poisoning is about three percent, more than 11 percent of Milwaukee's children in 2016 suffered from it. Wisconsin health officials are reviewing Milwaukee's lead prevention program after several reports highlighted deficiencies in keeping lead away from kids.
Milwaukee's mayor said lead from paint is the city's primary concern since lead-based paint is in at least 100,000 homes. Some residents are also worried about lead pipes, even though the water is treated to keep the lead out, reports CBS News' Adriana Diaz. One of those residents is Aminah Al-Mujaahid, who painstakingly prepares water for her family, filtering it pitcher by pitcher.

What the Mayor has said with a microphone in front of him is NOT what his track record shows.  He has been "indifferent" and lacking "due diligence".

MILWAUKEEANS - majority African American and other People of Color had their federal dollars for the improvement of their quality of life and economic development issues taken and misplaced for the BOGUS Streetcar, "The Hop".

The Hop is about a publicity stunt for notoriety with the Potawatomi Casino Hotel name and - The Rabbit out of the hat.
It is also the mega plan of Tom Barrett and cronies, Milwaukee 7, MMAC-Milwaukee Metropolitan Association of Commerce, GMC-Greater Milwaukee Committee and MEDC-Milwaukee Economic Development Corporation for starters.

The glorified reference of "Economic Renaissance" by Tom Barrett is REPREHENSIBLE, DISRESPECTFUL and uninclusive to the Core Constituents of Milwaukee - the ones that are the electorate and major source for the federal funding - African American,  People of Color and Work Challenged taxpayers.

So, "What" is Tom Barrett, Mayor, talking about?
Look at who is in the still photo with Barrett and Bob Bauman, Alderman. Listen to what and who Barrett references with glee.
The Moderne and 11,450 apartments are the focus of his 'economic renaissance'.  These are spaces $1,480 - $3,450 per month.
Below gives an overview of Milwaukee's population mired in Enduring Concentrated Poverty with a Per Capita Income of $20,638.

Who should he be talking about in this video?
