Our IoT/Internet of Things expert is with us every first Monday of the month with state-of-the-art dialogue for listeners of Public Policy w/Mary Glass & Company, WXRW FM, 1041 and riverwestradio.com.

This week he brought to the audience the beginning "Rebounding of the city" of  Detroit, Michigan.  How the autonomous vehicle is seen as a way to revitalize a city from bankruptcy to possibly the next HOT SPOT for today's vehicles that "drive themselves".
Jim speaks of opportunities in real estate, highway development, lake-front development, EMPLOYMENT and destination points in southeastern Wisconsin.
Richard Kauper, Architect, Amazing Architecture, was on hand to navigate the topography of roadways and airports connected to I-94 and adjoining roads.

He also spoke of the feasibility of Infrastructure design for physical changes within the built-in 1964 "611 Building" recently purchased by Foxconn as its North America Headquarters from  Northwestern Mutual in Milwaukee.
