Foxconn Technology Group, the $10 billion LCD screen company in Wisconsin became real with the contract signature of Terry Gou, Founder/CEO of Foxconn and Scott Walker, Governor of Wisconsin on Friday, November 10, 2017.
To date, Founder Terry Gou has not been introduced to the People.
To date, Founder Terry Gou has not been Welcomed by the People.
These are the folks that underwrite the legitimacy of the contractual arrangements, incentives, and benefits of the deal from Wisconsin.
These are the folks that put life into the deal.
These are the folks that will make the Foxconn company in Mt. Pleasant, Wisconsin more than bricks and mortar.
These are the folks that look to gain from their investment of tax dollars as a whole as well as economic and quality of life benefits going forward for them and their families. They are the true partners.

MPA LLC has identified the family of Foxconn for its 43-year history in business marketplace and Founder Gou humble beginnings almost 44 years ago, serving his country mandate of going to the armed services for 2 years and after which taking a risky chance with a $7,500 shark loan to jumpstart his business.
MPA LLC looks at his deep desire to help his fellowmen by opening a business for to hire those unemployed and without the protein of eggs.
MPA LLC looks at his first visit to America for 11 years as part of the emphasis on returning at this time.
MPA LLC notes that Founder Gou looks at the "business culture" of China vs America and "longevity" in a company as a mark of virtue.
He is a 67-year-old family man and has a young daughter of 3-4 years old as well as older children. Therefore, there should be a connector across many lines for successes. Additionally, he has expressed interest in providing training specs and customizing in digital customer services.

OEM, JDM & IIDM
OEM (pronounced as separate letters) is short for original equipment manufacturer, which is a somewhat misleading term used to describe a company that has a special relationship with computer and IT producers. OEMs are manufacturers who resell another company's product under their own name and branding.
Joint design manufacturer (JDM): a company that helps design products for customers. However, distinction on who owns the intellectual property can be difficult to determine and can surface as licensing problems.

These are approaches that the TINN Initiative is looking at to help galvanize BROADBAND for the residential, commercial and light industrial stakeholders.
GUILD INTRANET
Guild Intranet consists of stakeholders identified in the census tracts/neighborhoods as appropriate for digital customer Tooling. We have selected the following 10 Starter Models. They are:
- Agriculture (land, farmer, market, grocery)
- Auto Repair and Parts
- Barber and Cosmetology
- Computer Repair
- Day Care (youth, disabled and seniors)
- Restaurant (coffee internet shops to fine dining)
- Real Estate (Bed & Breakfast to mixed use)
- Tavern and Clubs
- Transportation (neighborhood - regional)
- Other
TINN focus for BROADBAND for the Underserved user will focus on re-use/recycling and manufacturing of auto parts for Auto Repair and Electronics for small and medium-size businesses for prototypes.
We not only see the innovation of NEW (in-house OEM, JDM, and IDDM) 4.0 high-tech TOOLING with Foxconn as our first TINN Broadband 4.0 high-tech manufacturing industry at the neighborhood level that has been a mainstay for sustainability but in need of updated digital customer servicing.
