Ta-Nehisi Coates Reparation and White Supremacy is seen in 4-Month Atonement by MPA LLC

Bill Moyer's interview with Ta-Nehisi Coates.
America and its White Supremacy engagement according to Ta-Nehisi Coates.

As we move toward Juneteenth, June 19, 2014, an annual African American celebration to denote the end-of-slavery for African American.  As in 1865, there is the lingering hold onto slavery, at that time it was held 2 years and 5 months late.  The Emancipation was enacted January 1, 1863; however, the slaves of Texas remained enslaved until June 19, 1865.

Coates speaks the truth of research that says that reparation calls for payment and repayment, especially since June 19, 1865; African Americans are continuing in the path of "double standards" - today, 2014 at a heightened effect.

He allows the reader of Facing the Truth:  The Case for Reparation to reflect on an issue that raises emotions, evokes guilt, forces honesty and creates a dilemma for immediate change.

Are we going to continue to allow White Supremacy to be a mole?
Are we going to immediately seek the pathology that leads to rights and privileges for African Americans? Are we going to continue to say one thing, think one thing and do another - a trend that facilitates continued mired thinking of White supremacy that is the "deciding factor" that perpetuates exploitation, discrimination and disenfranchisement of African Americans.

Like and unlike Ta-Neshi Coates, Mary Glass, Chair /CEO, Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC, feels that there should be levels of reparation, starting with "specificity" of reparation in payment - actual cash tendering  to jump-start validation of the process, to begin the widespread collective injuries as well as individual injuries to recognize those who have died intestate (without property and other assets stolen and/or denied) payment is the validation in capitalistic thinking - reparation in the name of "catch-up" as author Coates speaks of, as in Affirmative Action, as in making the race of African Americans who have been injured over the centuries - reparation in the day-to-day engagement of RESPECT-4-RESPECT - reparation in the form of true depiction of the historic enslavement, so one is never to forget or try to erode the thinking and the steering of the double- and triple standards that exist in legal practices, public policies that are designed to pursue the wrongful idea of White Supremacy.

MPA LLC Invoked Atonement seeks damages that include criminal liability and civil payment and abatement in the 19-plus years of the 4-Phase North Avenue Commerce Center city of Milwaukee fiasco of census tract 99.

Take a listen.
