Center Milwaukee | Today, Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC calls for a 4-month Moratorium (April 7, 2014 thru August 7, 2014) for:
15 DISTRICT ALDERMAN SEAT VACANT
At this time, the 15th District has two men running for alderman of the 15th District. On April 29, 2014, the next alderperson will be selected by the People. He will need time to be briefed on past decisions regarding the 4-Month Moratorium.
The 4-month REQUEST for a Moratorium will allow the NEW alderman time to prepare for address and leadership regarding the interest of the people, fiasco of the 4-Phase North Avenue Commerce Center, use of land, economic development and infrastructure in the 15th District.
4-Month Investigation - 4-Phase North Avenue Commerce Center
An inside/internal investigation of the city's handling of all city development documentations for the 4-Phase North Avenue Commerce Center from 1990 - 2014, that includes but not limited to:
Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC sees this as the opportunity the City of Milwaukee can assure Amanians, contiguous neighbors and other Milwaukeeans of NO WRONG DOING.

The internal report is to look at the pattern and culture that spans two mayors (John Norquist and Tom Barrett); 2 aldermen [Fred Gordan (12) and Willie Hines (17]; three DCD Commissioners (Michael Morgan, Julie Penman and Rocky Marcoux) and staff, city attorney Grant Langley, two assessors (Julie Penman and Mary Reavy), two comptrollers (Wally Moric and Martin Matson), old/new City Planning Committee and old/new RACM Board members.
During the 4-Months, April 7, thru August 7, 2014, a "Citizens Review Report" - MPA LLC Consumer Protection Group will be conducted and released in August, 2014 by Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC.

Mayor Tom Barrett, Common Council President Michael Murphy, the remaining 13-member Common Council, Department of City Development Commissioner Rocky Marcoux, his staff, appointed members of the City Planning Committee, appointed members of the RACM/Redevelopment Authority City of Milwaukee Board, City Attorney, City Assessor, City Comptroller, Boldt-Irgens Development corporations and Sisters of Assisi are under fire by Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC, Consumer Protection Group, for wrongdoing in the acquisition, packaging, financing, vetting and cover-up of the development of the 4-Phase North Avenue Commerce Center.
