MILWAUKEE (MPA-PPR) - October 16, 2012 - Starting with the beginning in mind is the idea of EVERYONE being their own navigator for creating and tracking wellness as a "Health Coach".
We are defining a Health Coach as the individual mindset of a person for a life-long regiment of health care. We see starting the quest as early as possible and making it part of the daily routine. The early-as-possible is not limited to youth. It is where the individual is in his/her life and the conscious and subconscious daily behavior of being well.

Life-long Education is key.
A daily regiment of actions that led to receiving and engaging knowledge about what is best to intake, not intake, intake in moderation, intake with options of dilution.
Mobile Devices
Today's health care options allow for so many avenues/arenas of growth through the internet and digital devices for learning and actions. Mobile devices like Smartphones are one of the newer methods of capturing our patterns of behavior that may be impacting our health. There are devices for monitoring our daily behavior; i.e., sleep patterns, heart patterns, breathing patterns, fatigue, intake of medication, exercise and on and on.
Some of the innovative excitement that MPA LLC is centered around is patient-centered care that includes monitoring one's behavior, especially those individuals with diabetes, kidney issues, high blood pressure, alzheimer, ashma, arthritis, menstrual issues, hot flashes and night sweats, cancer treatment - chemo, seizures-epilepsy, AIDS, dieting, minor headaches to migraines.
