MEDICAL COLLEGE OF WI - $20 MILLION

This is a NEW position for ARNITTA HOLLIMAN.

ARNITTA HOLLIMAN works out of Milwaukee Health Department with KIRSTIN JOHNSON, Commissioner of Health.

Kirstin Johnson, Milwaukee Health Department, is NEW and has had a dismal record of providing COVID/DELTA PANDEMIC CARE for Milwaukee. Tom Barrett, the mayor has in vain made it a point to COVER for Commissioner Johnson and his office for Pandemic Compliance. Does he plan to take a stab at the Office of Violence with Arnitta Holiman?

The medical doors of Medical College of WI are MISSING IN ACTION for the appearance and employment of African Americans they have partnered with for ongoing training and vaccination "within" the 15 districts.

The LIVE BROADCAST COVID BRIEFINGS of Dr. Ben Weston, Chief Health Policy Advisor, MCW, is seen on Milwaukee County Press. He is lacking in regularity Equity Inclusion DATA - zip codes and hot spots - for African Americans, other People of Color, and Work Challenged Milwaukeeans. His briefings would be more IMPACTFUL with a Core Constituent planning group representing the 15 Districts of Milwaukee.

A case study from Day 1 is requested to share COVID and DELTA contacts, mitigation, hospitalization, long-term care, AND DEATHS.

Where are the documentation glossaries, case studies, testimonies, surveys, maps, videos, and compiled briefs with Milwaukeeans of Color?

Where are the COVID/DELTA CERTIFICATED individuals from the city neighborhoods of Milwaukee that have been trained?

Where are the training collaboratives, VOLUMES/BULK POPULATIONS, with MCW, MATC, and MPS? We must have a holistic approach to VIOLENCE.

Where are the partnerships in the critical neighborhoods with MCW - not cronies like Milwaukee Foundation and United Way but the People - parents, business owners, ministers, community advocates, markets, groceries, pantries, civic groups, young adult groups, rec, and wraparound sites? This is money being invested on behalf of us, the Core Constituents.

We need to see practitioners in positions of leadership, so where is the VIOLENCE funding from Evers, CARES, and the American Rescue Plan Act funds going?

Gov Evers's announcement was held on Burleigh at COA-Children's Outing Association. Why? Give relevance. Make it relevant with a plan already in mind. Evers had the opportunity to show he had done his homework by calling out Carter Drug store, Hayat Plaza - DNAcare lab, block clubs, business improvement districts, neighborhood improvement districts, neighborhood strategic planning groups, and other notables in the neighborhood already at the table by Evers administration and health care decision-makers and planners.

Our OPEN WOUND (JSOnline Milwaukee Homicides) of violence is seen throughout the neighborhoods and with various age groups - infants in the womb are included.

FUNDING VITAL

We know that funding is needed to identify, track, and abate the impact of violence.

We should know that the pandemic, other long-term toils of our social environment, and DNA components affect each one of us differently.

What we must be sure of is that the funds are NOT being spent for cronies' PET PROJECTS that have NO root causation, NO daily oversight tied to awareness, and NO commitment of the citizenry.

Funding MUST BE LOOPED and braided through our various pots of funds with outcomes that call for PROOF of SPENDING.

TOO MUCH MONEY IS BEING GIVEN TO THE MEDICAL COLLEGE OF WI with ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY.

ACCOUNTABILITY

WE MUST HAVE DATA FACTS PRESENTED WEEKLY, MONTHLY, BI-MONTHLY, AND ANNUALLY TO SHOW SCIENTIFIC AND PSYCHOLOGICAL RESULTS - CASE-BY-CASE.

THIS INCLUDES RESEARCHERS AND SCIENTISTS THAT DEAL WITH THE MIND, STRESS, TRAUMA, DRUGS, AND ALCOHOL. EXTRA SPECIAL FOCUS ON EACH DEATH/MURDER - INVESTIGATIONS WITH THOSE WHO KILL (this includes law enforcers) - FOR REASONS/MOTIVES FOR DELIBERATIONS - MEDICAL EXAMINERS FOR AFTERLIFE RESEARCH MOTIVATIONS.
