WEF
People in urban Milwaukee could benefit from Census Tract Inclusion/ CTI of Bank of America sustainability initiative - Unlocked Future - being showcased at Davos, Switzerland at the World Economic Forum.

UNLOCKED FUTURE is a program of Bank of America to empower those who return to the neighborhood after incarceration.  The program commenced in 2017.   CLICK

The CTI zip code of start is 53206 - known as the highest zip code of stakeholders that are/have been incarcerated in Milwaukee. Zip Code 53206 has one of the first in-the-neighborhood correctional center in Milwaukee - Felmers O. Chaney Correctional Center, 2835 N. 30th Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin
53210.

CTI is an action-oriented way for raw scores to identify the specific data of African Americans, other People of Color and the Work Challenged.  It is a tool to report corroborated-change purposed by Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC.

MPA-LLC has chosen a zip code in Milwaukee that has been identified as the zip code in Milwaukee with the most incarcerated family members.  It is zip code 53206.  It is a zip code with CENSUS TRACTS mired in Enduring Concentrated Poverty.   It is seen as an area with "Hidden Talent" and capable of creating and developing many NEW robust economies while raising the number of historic neighborhood economies committed to Smart Growth of employers and employees in the neighborhoods of 53206.  CLICK

"It is the Intersectionality of STEM@CTI - science, technology, engineering, and math recipients networking to grow the neighborhoods in the 15 Districts of the City of Milwaukee".

INTRANET GUILD
Entrepreneurs/Employers and staff use of academic and practicum experiences applied toward certification at MATC.

DOL/Department of Labor, its links of Workforce Development and other higher education (i.e., Marquette University Law School Poll) partnerships for Smart Growth and Smart City Infrastructure (focus group forums, conferences, interviews, videos, and quarterly events for adults) to ensure access in today's marketplace.

We often hear of banks and financial institutions making claims of the grandeur of investments, diversity of staff, and nuances of entrepreneurship in the public square.  Too often that means creaming the stakeholders in the area with UW-Milwaukee, Marquette University and other higher education sites grant programs through the federal government.

The programs and/or initiatives are weighted with university staff and intern student employment rather than those of the CTI.  Since Discrimination, though gaslighting and deceit of monopoly-oligopoly Caucasian groups with gatekeepers of Color, too often African Americans, other People of Color and Work Challenge stakeholders are left out.

Bring it to us Bank of America and other banks in Milwaukee.

MPA-LLC calls on your social responsibility to help create-Set up shop with specificity that empowers Entrepreneurship for robust employers returning from incarceration and desparely looking for a NEW START in 53206 - a model.

The Last Sunday Sermon of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

JANUARY 21, 2020

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. - The Drum Major of Justice.
===========
GREETINGS my Fellow brothers and sisters!
Do yourself a favor, listen to this SERMON.
You will be blessed with THOUGHTS.
You should think, learn, and be blessed with wisdom.
You should rethink your role of eradication of RACISM and racial injustice.
The city and county of Milwaukee calls for your will to REMOVE Enduring Concentrated Poverty
and allow Milwaukeeans to
be exposed to inalienable rights and the pursuit of happiness.
Dr. King takes his time, with passion and care, to share with us in the word as only he can,
tap on our common sense, the laziness of will, disenfranchisement, oppressive hard times,
and one of our strongest traits as African Americans - TENACITY.

THANK YOU DR. KING!

WE CELEBRATE YOUR 91st Birthday.

MEET THE PRESS, 1-5-20 - General Qasem Soleimani a lawful military objective

CHUCK TODD:
So explain for viewers, why does Mike Pompeo keep saying terrorist? There is a legal reason he keeps saying the word terrorist, isn't there?
JEH JOHNSON:
No, not necessarily. If you believe everything that our government is saying about General Soleimani, he was a lawful military objective, and the president, under his constitutional authority as commander in chief, had ample domestic legal authority to take him out without an additional congressional authorization. Whether he was a terrorist or a general in a military force that was engaged in armed attacks against our people, he was a lawful military objective. But that's not the only question here. For a very long time, the Bush administration, the Obama administration, had been engaged in what we refer to now as shadow warfare with the Iranian government. And last Thursday night was what we refer to as a decapitation strike, where we've taken out a very high profile member of the Iranian government. That is a provocative, in your face act, where you kill a senior member of the Iranian government and you say, "Yes, I did it." And I hope that this administration has carefully considered the second and third order of effects of that one very plain second order effect, which any foreign officer could predict is the reaction in Iraq. With the growing Shia political influence in that country --
CHUCK TODD:
Right.
JEH JOHNSON:
-- we face the very real prospect that the Iraqi government will want us out of that country.
PAT MCCRORY:
You know, one piece of feedback I got at the Charlotte Airport last night, outside the beltway, from some citizens, and they said, "What took us so long?" Because this guy was only 15 miles, only 15 miles from the embassy that was attacked just days earlier. And I think people are now going, "Wait a minute, this guy was," they keep using the term "proxy." "This guy was running proxy." No, that means he was running terrorist groups, under, again, being protected by the flag of Iran. And I think he, this general was walking a fine line, and I think a rather arrogant line --
KASIE HUNT:
Nobody's arguing that this guy was, you know, nobody's arguing that this man was a good actor on the world stage. I think --
PAT MCCRORY:
No, I'm arguing that he --
KASIE HUNT:
-- the question is --
PAT MCCRORY:
-- wasn't just Iranian.
KASIE HUNT:
-- was the risk of taking him out worth it for Americans?
JEH JOHNSON:
What are the implications?
PAT MCCRORY:
That's a fair question, and we don't know the answer to that, and won't know for maybe a long time.
BETSY WOODRUFF SWAN:
We might know pretty fast though, because the response from the Iraqis is currently underway --
CHUCK TODD:
Right.
BETSY WOODRUFF SWAN:
-- in parliament, in Baghdad. And I can tell you, it's front of mind to American intel and defense officials, exactly what's happening in this 24 hour period. When they gave a briefing, it was classified behind doors to Senate staff on Friday, there was an extensive discussion, according to my sources familiar with the briefing --
CHUCK TODD:
Yeah.
