"We are honored to have this historic RALLY in Milwaukee at the famous Wisconsin Black Historical/Society".  "Our keen RACIAL DISORDER focus is to address Public School districts. They include the middle and high school populations of the city of Milwaukee, nearby villages and cities (Greendale, Shorewood, Whitefish Bay, Oak Creek/Franklin, Nicolet, and Racine).

The public schools of southeasterWisconsin are showing signs of Racial Chaos in the unacceptable behavior of its students, teachers, school boards, superintendent, staff, and parents.

The issues continue to mount with the use of Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, and other media opportunities of the N-word and other derogatory terms for African American, other People of Color, LGBTQ, and Muslim.

RACIAL DISORDER
We are defining Racial Disorders as issues, incidents, and conditions that prevent equity for African American, other People of Color, LGBTQ, Muslim, and Bi-racial families.

Racial Slurs - disrespectful terms used against a member of a race.

The issues of discrimination, segregation, racial slurs, bullying, and suicide are toxic issues that are growing daily in our elementary (5-11 years) middle and high school (12-18 years) environments.  These are timeframes when students are experiencing body developments that include raging hormones and likely to experience heighten behaviors ineed of guidance.

Racial Disorders are widespread and for the most part, "in denial" by those in leadership and authority.

We find that the lack of inclusiveness, transparency, and accountability mirrors the larger public square and must change for the betterment of all.  In the meantime, we are wise to start with our youth - our next generation with Culture Diversity training.

Culture Diversity
Culture Diversity opens the door of differences and normalcy but allows the brain to explore differences with characteristics of same, but population differences as to color ethnicity, age, ability, language, nationality, gender, socioeconomic exposure, religion, and sexual orientation.

There are eight (8) school districts with reported issues for address for Review, Evaluation, and Reform dealing with policies that guide Culture Diversity, Intersectionality, and 21st Century Pedagogy.

Specifics, and that Infrastructure issues of which those in the position of authority at the schools - teachers, other line-staff, administrators, superintendents, and school boards are negligent and fail to implement fair policies of transparency and accountability.
