TINN Country Network is the NEW website (3-year case study) of the TINN - Team Internet - Net Neutrality Broadband Initiative for the Underserved Users.
It is to help residential, commercial, light industrial, educational, governmental, and civic-minded stakeholders understand the importance of Becoming a Member for Like-Mind SOLIDARITY to BUILD a NEW CLASS in the "digital economy".
The focus is BROADBAND for the Underserved Users (rural and urban) that are identified in 3 counties of lowland Wisconsin. They are:
