In addition, there are umbrella corporations and local monopolies that are in the marketplace that will also be evaluated for best practices, transparency, monopoly practices, partnering and TRUST.  Who are these companies?  Who is on their boards?  What does their Mission include?  How do they standout in relating to the Urban Population?  How do they stand out in working to improve the economics of the city of Milwaukee?

According to Mary Glass, Chair/CEO, MPA LLC, "We are about creating TRUST and economics at the census tract and neighborhood level that is self-sustaining.  We seek individuals with like-minds, an appreciation of Infrastructure merit and PASSION for improving urban population health and health care.  We seek Like-minds that can honor attainment in education and information technology partnering for a joint-outcome that is census tract and neighborhood empowerment.  We seek Like-minds that come to the table with legal review, economic review, medical review, actuary review and dollar-investors for the long-haul".  We seek partnering, transparency, stewardship, and Code of Conduct for Accountability.

The target audience is the urban population of the city of Milwaukee - seniors, men, women, boys, girls and families - with chronic ailments in the city of Milwaukee, with a distinct focus on chronic population health and health care services.  The goal is creating "holistic health" that includes race, culture, quality of life, economic abilities, business trade development, and role/responsibility of stewardship for better health management and cost containment.

Zero Tolerance - Monopoly and Oligopoly
Holistic health that embodies prevention as well as intervention.  Holistic health that drives innovation, research and use of hidden talent and vetted businesses for the economic advantage of the People - Milwaukeeans and like environments.   Hidden talent that make-up GENERATION Y/Millennial Born Frees -- (1980-2000s) are key to "case learning".

Holistic health and health care that strategizes, monitize, creates, monitor and evaluate health insurance payers, health providers, health practitioners, pharmaceuticals, and suppliers.

MPA LLC has a Code of Conduct of Inclusiveness that starts with those Milwaukeeans in poverty that have not had access to FULL health care - PUE/Primary, Urgent and Emergency Checklist.  We support the Affordable Health Care Law basic promises and look forward to assisting with INPUTS from the DEMO project for needed updates per service needs and service delivery.
