MILWAUKEE | Cyber Monday is held the first Monday after Thanksgiving to allow a specific focus on business trade in the internet market with retail sales as a plus.
To recognize the David and Goliath, internet vs non-internet customer, haves and haves not economic share of the huge marketplace during Cyber Week; MPA LLC emphasizes the giant opportunity for census tract and neighborhood build at the census tract and neighborhood level.
For the next 11 months, improving the Infrastructure at the census tract and neighborhood level includes Internet Technology campuses implemented for the DEMO 10 Neighborhoods in the City of Milwaukee. They are called: Cyber Campuses.
A year from now, Monday, December 1, 2014, census tract entrepreneurs operating in business-friendly Cyber Day Campuses/CDCs will for the first time participate in Cyber Monday and Cyber Week internet retail sales for to boast its marketplace economic development.

Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC is a premier supporter of access, literacy and economic use of the internet. To a large extent, there is yet a huge internet-divide in the City of Milwaukee. Residential and commercial IT end-users at the census tract and neighborhood level are non-existence. Lucrative use for upscalability in this marketplace is a missing link and is promoted by MPA LLC. The fact that the urban population is disconnected means a huge lost in quality of life and economic development installed and implemented in small business.
