SMALL BUSINESS Discrimination & Bias - Milwaukee County – Department of Aging
 - Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC

On December 12, 2012, the office of Mary Glass, Chair/CEO, Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC (MPA LLC), sent a Formal Complaint to Milwaukee County Executive Chris Abele and the Full Board of Supervisors for Milwaukee County regarding discriminationlack of response, ethics violations , failure to provide public information, misrepresentation of request; and, bias against her FOR PROFIT business in the City of Milwaukee - Milwaukee County seat.   We yet have not received a response.  The Complaint was also sent to Milwaukee County Ethics Committee per violation of Chapter 9 and Ethics Code - Standards of Conduct.

MPA LLC is a for-profit business owned by principal Mary Glass.  She is African American and the business's focus consist of:
  • channel development
  • public policy
  • leadership in the public square for economic development and quality of life.
Verified Complaint
We have been informed by Veronica W. Robinson, Executive Secretary, Personnel Review Board and Executive Director, Ethics Board, that our original Complaint to the Ethics Committee will need to be updated to a "Verified Complaint" - by having the Complaint notarized.

The process calls for a Verified Complaint and a 10-day response that will include Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.

The lack of fair trade and inclusion by the hired-elected and appointed government representatives, in this Complaint, highlights behavior of cronyism, conflict of interest, discrimination and racism.  These were also indicators found in an observation report conducted 2005 - 2010 by MPA LLC on Enduring Concentrated Poverty in Milwaukee that revealed widespread discrimination, monopoly, oligopoly business trends; and, other behaviors not supported by America's federal and/or state fairness laws and the Constitutions (federal and state).
