Breaking competitions at the 2024 Summer Olympics are scheduled to run from 9 to 10 August at Place de la Concorde, marking the sport's official debut in the program and the first dance sport discipline to appear in Summer Olympic history.

The birth of breaking is usually attributed to hip-hop pioneer DJ Kool Herc, who in the early 1970s birthed the genre by “breaks”—the percussive and bass-heavy sections of classic funk and soul songs, including those by James Brown.Jun 8, 2021

This is our way to salute the  originators in the HISTORY of:

 B-R-E-A-K DANCING.

This article is our way of joining in the appreciation of artistry and an innovative way of using one's body in a uniquely surprising set of contortions of the body using the floor for the framework for moves - styles brought to the stage by African Americans and Latinos.

We can not allow the history of this form of art sport to forget DJ HERC, his sister, and others from the day.

We WELCOME the excitement of the Olympic newcomers - THE BULL sponsors and others in Paris, South Africa, and other parts of the world to outreach for making B-R-E-A-K DANCING
