Election Commission, City Clerk, City Committees, and other public servants
AUGUST 11, 2022
AUGUST 1-31, 2022 - A REVIEW/OVERSIGHT
Our local government must be on the UP AND UP at all times. Why?
We, the People - Heirs/taxpayers/core constituents/Milwaukeeans that make up the 96.8 square miles - 15 aldermanic districts seek democracy that provides equity and inclusion.
This report looks at past/present behavior of the elected-appointed-hired and donor-for-hire government representatives - especially how they spend our MONEY.
During the month of August, MPA-LLC mentions wrongdoings, we log in, and we will provide recommendations and referrals for our continued SMART GROWTH.
FEDERAL FUNDING
We FOLLOW THE MONEY.
We follow Tranche I and Tranche II funding to our city-MPS school board, county, and state governmental offices.
We are especially interested in who? what? when? how much? for what? AUTHORIZED by who/whom? federal funding from the American Rescue Fund, CARES, HUD, and the Infrastructural funds to date.
We, the People place our trust in the Oath, Codes, and Rule of Law we have on the books/statutes for our Charter officers.
We look at Smart Growth and State Statute 66.1001(4)(a) for the state of Wisconsin to be a major part of the infrastructural foundation of the urban population.

Below are those public servants that are pointed to for CHANGE in behavior in this notation.

ELECTION COMMISSION
Claire Woodall-Vogg, Executive Director
- Failure to provide timely and accurate information.
- Refusal to answer questions.
- Phone presence and training of staff answering the telephone.
- Staff "blocking" calls to the deputy, executive director, and/or informed staff.
- My "wait time" (up to 11 minutes) as a means of ignoring and/or disregarding of call with an arbitrary and capricious act.
- Deputy of Election Commission ignored and failed to respond to call on August 9, 2022, which was dated time-sensitive and on deadline.
- On August 10, 2022, Claire Woodall-Vogg failed to take a 1-minute call or share a more timely call-back for an "on deadline" and call. The call involved the blocking of "DEBBIE and another staff member who kept "repeating" the same thing.
Deputy City Clerk
The Common Council – City Clerk’s Office was open from 8:00 am – 4:45 pm on Friday, August 5, 2022.
Our office’s general phone number, 414-286-2221, was staffed and answered by the receptionist throughout the day.
Ms. Polanco reports that she responded via email at 8:50 a.m. on Friday, August 5, 2022, to your e-mail of 1:04 a.m. She did receive your August 5th phone call, but believed her e-mail was fully responsive to your queries.
