MEET MARY GLASS

Mary Glass is the Founder and Chief Visionary Officer of Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC, an independent public policy firm with a focus on Equity Inclusion for African Americans, other People of Color, Homeless, and Work Challenged Milwaukeeans.

Since 1968, she has worked in the public square as an educator, speaker, strategic planner, researcher, protagonist, entrepreneur, civil rights advocate, and talk show host.  From providing training to the young, adults, and graduate-level students to the creation of Information Technology classrooms and spaces, travel for trade shows, creating and perfecting telecommunication at the neighborhood level to website development. Mary promotes the Internet of Things.  She has written over 5000 website posts.

Her weekly 1-hour Talk Show, Public Policy w/Mary Glass & Company was on Riverwest 104.1 FM Radio in Milwaukee.

She is a seasoned administrator that has demonstrated transformative leadership and provides practicum/on-the-job managerial skills customized to census tract and neighborhood quality of life and economic development.

Mary has 50 years in the marketplace and have no intention of stopping.          

CVO Glass is presently supporting the American Rescue Plan of the Biden/Harris administration for appropriate use of pandemic funding at the state-county-city-school level in Wisconsin. 

On July 16, 2021, and on July 25, 2021, she warned and named elected-appointed-hired-donor for hire government representatives as well the hosts to the 2021 NBA final - Peter Feigin, Bucks President and Adam Silver, NBA Commissioner as responsible for PREPARATION the next 2-3 weeks for the Delta Variant surge.

MILWAUKEE, WI – Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC sounds the alarm for responsible leadership from Governor Tony Evers (state-level), County Executive David Crowley (county-level), Mayor Tom Barrett, and Common Council (city-level), elected members of the government in Wisconsin for the city of Milwaukee – 96.8 square miles. 

Additionally, given the 20,000-65,000 visit to the DEER DISTRICT in Milwaukee, WI of individuals from all parts unknown and unknown vaccinations at the National Basketball Association championship – Milwaukee Bucks and Phoenix Suns, immediate responsible engagement of partnership led by President Peter Feigin, Milwaukee Bucks and NBA Commissioner Adam Silver, given the decision to have the event without warnings, admonitions, postings, massive vaccination spots, advertisement, jumbotron viewing, and engagement of wearing a MASK, distancing and use of sanitizing in the middle of the COVID-19 PANDEMIC and the known surge of the DELTA Variant.  Milwaukee has a 30% vaccination level in African American zip codes.

Subject:  DELTA VARIANT, COVID-19 VIRUS, and VOTING

We, you, and our fellow citizenry find ourselves in a difficult set of trends and thoughts that have the city of Milwaukee and all over the USA fighting each other in a loser mode.

We have disrupters in high and low places/spaces in states causing harm just for the hell of it.

We have voting disrupters causing havoc to cause distrust and the "right of all" to VOTE.

We have Donald Trump espousing the last election was stolen from him.  Just as preposterous, there is a throng of people shouting the same foolishness.

We had an INSURRECTION in Washington, DC, January 6, 2021, by primarily Caucasian men and women of the United States that came to harm elected officials - including Mike Pence, Vice President, and Nancy Pelosi, Speaker of the House.  They are referenced as "domestic terrorists".

Those defined as domestic terrorists are law officers, ex-military men, and women,  white supremacists, oath keepers (an anti-government militia with current and former law enforcement and military members among its members), etc. 

Injuries and deaths to capitol officers are on the agenda of the newly formed House Committee by Speaker Pelosi to investigate the conspiracy and links to members of the House/Senate Congress.

VOTING

Bizarre behavior at the state level by elected individuals fueled by dark money must have scrutiny at the head-of-household moms and dads, removal from office of charlatan individuals like Ron Johnson, Senator (R-WI), put guardrails around state leadership of Robin Voss of Racine, Speaker of the Assembly and newly elected President of the Senate, Chris Lee Kapenga of Delafield.

Open minds for public policies that provide equity inclusion in every sentence of resolutions, guidelines, and laws for transformative clearances that stop gerrymandering and put a ban on DISCRIMINATION against African Americans and other People of Color.  By doing so, you improve your quality of life and economic development - crucial to survival.

VACCINATION PANDEMIC

Have you been vaccinated?   It takes 14 days for the body to share immunization with you.  Also, 2 shots are recommended.

Then, there are many with hesitancies.  It is one thing if your body prohibits - immune and/or medications, autoimmune disease, sickle-cell, cancer. infected NOW with the virus, children below the level of vaccination.  It is another if you are not getting the vaccination and a potential danger for others you come in contact with sharing your contagion. 

An African American is the usual leader for the "big deficits" - healthcare, income, employment, housing, etc.  Often due to lack of access, funding, or places for information for clarity. 

ACCESS and FUNDING are NOT a problem.  LET'S GO.

Since we trust that which we trust for whatever reason, then  CONSULT that source (s) so you can save your life and others.

REMEMBER

History shows how African Americans have time and time again swung the door open for women's rights, LGBTQ rights, immigrants, employment workers, armed services, and on and on.

Since it is thought that VACCINATION and VOTING is an African American thing, it is NOT.

YES. We got work to do for convincing my people due to the "scares" brought on by brute mistreatment of Caucasians in health care more than twice.  Failure to work together, ALL-OF-US, creates polarization and marginalizing all Milwaukeeans, regardless of race.  There is no place to escape to.

There are also the Fox pundits-anchors-reports-tv hosts with off/on lunacy that keeps the airwaves with conspiracy theories and the Trump craziness.

It is time for Caucasians to help close the gap and racial divide - segregation, privilege thinking - monopoly-oligopoly greed, redlining, and disregard for civil and human rights.  

The Delta Variant does NOT care what color you are.  

The Delta Variant does NOT care where you live.

The Delta Variant does NOT care who you sleep with.

The Delta Variant does NOT care how much money you have.

The Delta Variant does NOT care what your position or status is.

It comes to kill.

It does not DISCRIMINATE.

No one is EXEMPT.

The National Commission for Voter Justice (NCVJ), inspired by Reverend Jesse L. Jackson, Sr., founder and president of the Rainbow PUSH Coalition, and Barbara Arnwine, founder and president of the Transformative Justice Coalition, with founding partner, the National Bar Association, will highlight, document, and address the scourge of voter suppression across the country, while advancing electoral reform and civic engagement to promote an inclusive and robust U.S. democracy. 

This non-partisan and diverse commission composed of prominent civil rights leaders, voting rights experts, scholars, elected officials, lawyers, students, and community activists will undertake a schedule of work centered around independent research, hearings and listening sessions in the states to hear directly from U.S. citizens; publications of findings, recommendations, strategies; and direct organizing and collaboration with community-based organizations to enhance voter engagement. 

The National Commission for Voter Justice will compile, review and distill existing reports published by the federal government, states, major research institutions, civil rights, voting rights and civic engagement organizations as well as prior private and public commissions. Collaboration with non-partisan institutions and other commissions focusing on voting rights issues and vulnerable communities will be actively pursued.

MILWAUKEE || The city of Milwaukee just received a MEGA dose of DELTA VARIANT and COVID-19 VIRUS from excited supporters of the Bucks players.  

They came from far and near.  They were babies to seniors in the huge crowds.

2-3 Weeks

The scientists provide a window of 2-3 weeks for S P R E A D.  That means - worst scenario, around August 14th, we will be in an epidemic and bodies will be in our hospitals, morgues, funeral homes - possibly trailers for bodies.  Sounds tragic and it is.  This was a HUMAN ERROR.  We all have a front-row seat of blame.  

We could be high-heaven lucky and when the surge comes, we will of been able to get to PREPARATION and save ourselves - SOME OF US.

DATA

The Delta Variant recently seems to have taken a liking to the younger populations of America.  Know that, we all are victims of prey, but more and more victims and caseloads are the young adults within our neighborhoods.  If not vaccinated - they die.

Here's the deal, NO one in our leadership positions - Governor-County Executive-Mayor had their brain turned on.    We can say the same thing about our designated leaders of the PUBLIC SAFETY & HEALTH COMMITTEE of the city of Milwaukee and the Bucks leadership.

Kisten Johnson, Milwaukee Health Department Commissioner, and Tom Barrett, mayor, were enamored by two tickets from the Bucks if people came down AND got vaccinated.

David Crowley was "on the charge" but not for what he was elected and/or took the oath for.

Special discourse and strategic planning with pandemic front liners, seniors, parents, youth and young adults, teachers/educators, incarcerated citizenry, neighborhood groups, health physicians, the comptroller-treasurer-budget director, the Fire and Police Commission, and Kirsten Johnson, Commissioner of Milwaukee Health Department, and Marina Dimitrijevic, Chair, the Public Safety and Health Committee.

                Members of this board can not be silent.

You must represent the area you come from in expertise.

According to Tom Barrett Mayor in today's Briefing regarding the COVID VIRUS, a question was asked regarding the MASK RETURNING.  Tom Barrett threw the ball in your court.  

I remember you having to call a special meeting because Barrett "SNUBBED" YOUR OFFICE AND OUR SAFETY AND HEALTH COMMITTEE.

I ask for clarity and GOOD STANDING from you, your committee, and BARRETT.

BUCKS CRAZY

TOM BARRETT AND DAVID CROWLEY, COUNTY EXECUTIVE, HAVE FAILED THE CONSTITUENTS AND DISRESPECTED THOSE THEY TOOK AN "OATH OF SAFETY" TO SERVE.  

THEIR OATH WAS NOT TO BRING A TROPHY HERE TO MILWAUKEE AT THE EXPENSE OF EXPOSING OUR CITY TO THE "DELTA VARIANT".  NO, SIR.  

THIS IS A RICH CONGLOMERATE THAT HAS A "30-YEAR" GIFT FROM "IT'S CHEAPER TO KEEP THEM".  THE COMMON COUNCIL WAS IN ON THIS FLEECING OF MILWAUKEE TAXPAYERS.

THESE FOLKS HAVE INSIDE/OUTSIDE FANFARE THAT HAS BROUGHT 20-65K FOLKS INSIDE FISERV FORUM AND OUTSIDE FORUM WITHOUT MANDATE OF MASKING".

KIRSTEN JOHNSON WAS ASKED ABOUT THE SPREAD AND SHE TOOK THE COMMENT UNDER BREATH ABOUT THE HUGE GATHERINGS WITH "NO MASK".  HER ANSWER WAS SHE HAD NO EVIDENCE - AND, THAT IT TAKES ABOUT 2 WEEKS TO SHOW EVIDENCE.  YES.  WE WILL HAVE SPREAD.

TODAY, Dr. Weston, Medical College contact AT BRIEFING, said that the Delta Variant had increased 100%,  we have an 83% Delta Variant data rate IN WI.

So while, David Crowley-Milwaukee County Executive, Tom Barrett-Mayor of the city of Milwaukee, and Kirsten Johnson, Commissioner of Milwaukee Health Department tap dance to the success of the BUCKS, they have said, "Be damn" to Milwaukeeans.  They are GO BUCKS.  GO BUCKS CRAZY.

They are also wearing Bucks wear - conflict of interest. 

They are failing to act responsibly.  THEY HAVE ALLOWED THINGS TO GO HOG WILD.

MILWAUKEE || Press Conference || on Sunday Morning, July 11, 2021 - one week ago, at the home of Wesley & Juanita Jackson

homeowners on the northwest side of Milwaukee, the mayor of Milwaukee, and a media staff person held a press conference.  

What was the urgency?

What was so urgent for Tom Barrett, Mayor, and Jeff Fleming, Communication Director to visit this family on a Sunday morning to highlight a repair started last year - a repaired roof in 2020 and yet repairs?  Did this interfere with Mr. & Mrs. Wesley Jackson's Sabbath Day? 

"Tom's at it again, with smoke and mirrors and using the African American face for his con game", said Mary Glass, Chief Visionary Officer, Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC.

His smoke and mirrors tactic included Milwaukeeans Wesley and Juanita Jackson, faithful homeowners, and taxpayers for 27 years.  

Wesley Jackson spoke of being blessed by the Lord and was very appreciative of the city stepping in with a program last year (2020) to repair his roof.  He shared how his fixed income inhibited him and his wife from the repairs.  The Jacksons yet have "repairs" in the living room due to the rain damages that must be fixed.

Barrett and Jeff Fleming, Communication Director were at the home of the Jackson on a Sunday morning with a cockamamie backdrop of homeowner Jackson's home while the main reason was to introduce his unauthorized method of taking - "stealing American Rescue Funding - $30-$34 million from the $197 million from the first year of the $394 million allocated to Milwaukee.  Something fishy here.

"I view housing as one of the most pressing issues that the city of Milwaukee faces right now," he said at a news conference.

“This is the first installment of what I plan to have as a multi-year approach, and clearly there are other needs that we have,” Barrett said. “And so part of it is balance.”

"If housing is so much of a priority, where has Tom Barrett's efforts been when it has come to the homeless under the viaduct in 2019 downtown in District 4 - right before his DNC convention that he and Alex  Lasry, Vice President of the Bucks disrespected Milwaukeeans.  Tom and fellow disgraceful elected - Tony Evers, Mandela Barnes, Chris Abele, Gwen Moore, Tammy Baldwin, county Board of Supervisors, and the Common Council to name a few ALLOWED WisDOT to come in with an Eviction notice to kick the homeless out before the "guest came to town".    Why were these folks - encampment/Tent City there in the first place since Tom is so concerned about the homeless"?

The Press Conference was Barrett's way of pre-showcasing the discussions he and his cabinet have come up with to bring on board monopoly-oligopoly Caucasian cronies, outliers, and sell-outs/Oreos.

Sell-out Oreos are African Americans seeking favor and some just following blindly.

ARP Close-Ups

The American Rescue Plan demands the fingerprint/footprint of the citizenry like Wesley and Juanita Jackson.  The funds have specifics and NO-NO spending.

Barrett used the backdrop of an African American senior homeowner on Sunday morning, July 11, 2021, to unveil his this-n-that unauthorized spending of American Rescue funding.  

Barrett has NO shame.

His dismal leadership and unsafe outreach for the COVID-19 Pandemic towards African Americans and other People of Color has been seen in his Tuesday and Thursday Pandemic briefings inept - Fox6 live.

Barrett is too often seen covering for Kirsten Johnson, Commissioner, Milwaukee Health Department - Johnson usually absent - his covering seen to be below expectation of the top city official - mayor.

He and David Crowley, County Executive, have deliberately failed to include African Americans and People of Color journalists for Question & Answers.

Kirsten Johnson was not prepared for this position given its scope and scale.  Also, Johnson came in firing folks - after Dr. Jeanette Kowalik was forced to leave the city - a very bad situation.  Tom's disarray of new staff at the mayor's office was seen to include Jeff Fleming and the chief staff position at the mayor's office was believed part of the problem.

 

Yes.  

Mary Glass, Chief Visionary Officer, Milwaukee Professionals Association says, "the Close Up of Barrett" is smoke and mirrors to gain points against the backlash of his "BUCKS FEVER" but NO real COVID-19 Pandemic focus in Milwaukee, especially for low vaccinations in African American and People of Color neighborhoods - zip codes - especially when the DELTA VARIANT was/is on the increase.  

He can be seen UNTRUSTWORTHY by his ill-preparedness of what he verbally mentioned at the shameless press conference on July 11, 2021. 

"Wesley Jackson, 27-year homeowner - 1994-Present -

was window dressing.  Barrett and Jeff Fleming, Communication Director were at the home of the Jacksons on a Sunday MORNING for the press conference. Something fishy here".

The Press Conference was Barrett's way of pre-showcasing the discussions he and his cabinet have come up with for spending over $34 million of Milwaukee's American Rescue Funds.

Speak Out - We Recognize GOOD and BAD STANDING in Spending American Rescue Funds without the fingerprint of the People and pandemic

CITY OF MILWAUKEE || The American Rescue Plan will take us to an opportunity of STRUCTURING and REFRAMING the fiscal layout to the 15 Districts of the city of Milwaukee, with a laser-focus on African Americans, other People of Color, and the Work Challenged core constituents.

Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC will spearhead daily due diligence for reporting to Milwaukeeans - the People - the Electorate.  The first two-year monitoring (2021-2022) for growth and accountability seeks the office first and foremost from the Lady with the white hair, Secretary of Treasury, Janet Yellin.

Due to by-design barriers of DISCRIMINATION, segregation, high unemployment/high under-employment, lack of health access, health crises, lack tracking and due diligence of the city of Milwaukee Health Department to outreach to African Americans, other People of Color and vulnerable populations, historic public policy restraints of transportation in Milwaukee, corruption in the use of federal funding, and elected, appointed, hired, donor for hire government representatives pitting People of Color against each other, MPA-LLC is proud to help ensure that those at the federal level are apprised for compliance and "worthy spending" of the American Rescue Plan.

We already see the mice beginning to nibble around the edges thinking they are privileged to reward certain cronies BUT HAVE FAILED to speak sufficiently with the head of the organization chart - The Electorate.

To automatically assign Employ programs $3.8 million.

To "prioritize" and "take American Rescue funds" in line with not in good standing cabinet members/departments, monopoly-oligopoly Caucasian cronies, and outliers.

We note self-proclaimed members of the Common Council seeking personal funding they call "DISTRICT FUNDING"

"To Mayor Tom Barrett and each member of the Common Council of Milwaukee, you MUST talk with and get the approval of the Core Constituents of Milwaukee, otherwise, you are out-of-order - not in good standing", said Mary Glass, Chief Visionary Officer, Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC.  MPA-LLC is based in Milwaukee, independent and represents public policy for Milwaukeeans - especially African Americans, other People of Color, Homeless, and Work Challenged.

Mary Glass, the Founder, brings to the table 50 years of hands-on research, outreach for educating the public, leadership, residential and commercial outreach, arguing the status quo, taking the hard decision to SPEAK OUT, and call a spade, a spade.  It is her promise to the People.

It is the Office of City Clerk that we have selected to be the "City Hall Recordkeepers" for the People during the process and procedures of the American Rescue Plan - about 6 years.

The City of Milwaukee Organization Chart and Census Map is to help the citizenry guide the legislative sponsors of the APPORTIONMENT Resolution and each stakeholder to be apprised of his/her role in the use of ALL federal funding - i.e., CARES, PPE, CDBG, HOUSING, TRANSPORTATION, EMPLOYMENT, and COVID-19 PANDEMIC, especially the American Rescue Plan.

City Clerk Jim Owczarski and Inspector General Ronda Kohleim will be called upon for files, resolutions-bills-laws, and appropriateness of behavior of the Officers of the city of Milwaukee.  The information will be used for "evaluation" of behavior/use of the American Rescue Plan and adjoining funds like the CARES funding.

City Clerk Jim Owczarski

Jim Owczarski has been Milwaukee’s City Clerk since April 2012. Before that, he served as Deputy City Clerk for six years after working in the City’s Legislative Reference Bureau.

He came to the city from the Milwaukee Journal and Journal/Sentinel, where he worked as a correspondent off the Metro desk, including a stint with the fondly remembered "Neighbors" section.

Visitors to the Bristol Renaissance Faire – at least those of a certain age – will remember him as the villain in that show’s scripted scene; a role he played for eight years.

The Common Council appoints the City Clerk for a 4-year term. The Clerk is responsible for providing staff and record-keeping services for the Common Council and administering a number of other city functions, including historic preservation, licensing, and cable television production. The Central Administration Division maintains the records of the Council and its committees, provides office support to the Council members and performs general departmental administrative tasks.

The Inspector General is a certified peer-reviewed member of the Association of Inspectors. Established in 2018, the office currently has 1 appropriated full-time employee. In addition, the Inspector General holds various memberships in organizations including the Association of Local Government Auditors (ALGA), the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), the National Association for Civilian Oversight of Law Enforcement (NACOLE), and the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics.

The IG conducts independent, objective analyses and evaluations of City programs and operations, issues public reports of findings, and makes recommendations to strengthen and improve the delivery of City services. The work of the IG serves as a resource for the City Council, policymakers, civic and advocacy organizations, journalists, and the general public. The IG conducts independent and professional audits of City programs and departments following generally accepted government auditing standards of the federal Government Accountability Office (The Yellow Book). The IG is responsible for non-partisan research and review of City programs, including performance analysis of City services.
