18 Things for consideration of the election of Candidate Lena Taylor

November 20, 2019

WEDNESDAY - MILWAUKEE ||  Taking it to the Streets - Neighborhoods - Churches - Schools - Clubhouses - Alumni - All Voters - Felonies OFF paper - Candidates for 2020 - Tweets - Emails, Videos, Telephone Calls.

============================

"As a longtime Independent Voter with a background in civil rights, broadband commitment, Smart Growth research for neighborhood planning and public policy advocacy to highlight the corrupt and in-your-face racism that has left the City of Milwaukee African American population in a position of chronic disparity known as Enduring Concentrated Poverty.  Election 2020 is time for a NEW face with the excitement of Milwaukeeans' quality of life and economic development at the forefront.  That person is Candidate Lena Taylor," said Mary Glass,  Milwaukee Professional Association LLC.

Here are 18 Call to Actions.
 1. The City of Milwaukee residential stakeholders MUST call for an Audit of their air, land and water safety in the 15 aldermanic districts.
2.  Where are we with the "LEAD" in the water, in the land, and known in families-Milwaukeeans, especially our children?
3.  Where is Milwaukee in Global Climate Control relative to flood damages and EPA evaluations that took place in the last 10 years?  African Americans and others on the west side were caught without insurance and backup of the city of Milwaukee?

4.  Where is the IoT/Internet of Things, starting with Broadband connectivity for each residential stakeholder in Milwaukee?  MPA-LLC has called for Broadband from the office of Tom Barrett and the Common Council since 2006.  The Milwaukee Wireless Initiative was a big failure because the charter officers, mayor, and common council, have refused to make Milwaukee a Smart City in Broadband.  They have failed.

5. What has the charter officers, starting with Tom Barrett, mayor, provided in public transportation to take the high unemployed Milwaukeeans to family-supporting employment areas like Menomonee Falls?  The Streetcar is a misuse of federal funds that ARE BROUGHT to the city by African Americans, other People of color and those of low income.
6.  Milwaukeeans must have an AUDIT of the books - 5-year (2014-2019) budget and expenditures - from Tom Barrett-mayor, Comptroller Martin Matson, and Treasurer Spencer Coggs for expenditures to The Bucks, Fiserv, Northwestern Mutual, BMO, Irgens Development, Alex Larsy - The Good Land Committee Inc. -Treasurer Paul Vornholt, Mary L. Schanning-city attorney office, and DNC President Tom Perez.

7.  The 310,634 registered voters on the books today are ASKED to make sure they are registered and have not been purged from the voter rolls.  To get excited about electing Candidate Lena Taylor as our next mayor.

8.  The 310,634 registered voters are ASKED to bring more eligible and registered voters to the table from the 15 aldermanic districts to take-their-city-back from:
* Every Tom, Dick, and Harry
* Rodney Ferguson/Potawatomi
* Gale Klappa/WE Energies of Milwaukee 7
* Tim Sheehy of MMAC
* John Schlifske/Northwestern Mutual
* Darryl White/BMO
Peter Feigin/Bucks
*Frank J. Bisignano/Fiserv
*Mark Irgens/Irgens Development
*Matt Levatich/Harley Davidson
*Catherine Jacobson/Froedtert
*Julia Taylor/GMC
*Metropolitan Builders Association of Greater Milwaukee
*Bader Foundation
*Bradley Foundation
*Zilber Foundation
*Milwaukee Foundation, for starters.

9. We seek a FAIR election for the 2020 mayoral election.

10.  Each one of us MUST see that the election for mayor is a real-time commitment for African Americans to take the lead to speak out about racial disparity seen in the cabinet of Tom Barrett, DCD, DPW, DNS, MEDC, and speak up for our present and future growth of Milwaukee that is represented by those who make up the population 595,351 (2017).
11. Each residential voter that is eligible to vote MUST see that the mayoral election is fair and free of conflict of interest, distortion, lies, half-truths, innuendos, John Doe, and racial slurs.  You must remember how 2004 Candidate Marvin Pratt was tumbled.
12. We will hold Marquette Polling, all polls, the Journal Sentinel, Daily Reporter, Urban Milwaukee, Milwaukee Business Journal, Biz Times, special reporters, Milwaukee Times, Milwaukee Courier, Milwaukee Community Journal, radio commentators, Radio WVON, and the local television outlets to a high-standard for reporting the truth during the election cycle.

13. We MUST hold John Chisholm's office and any other office to the highest standard of appropriateness for conducting free-from-bias and unjust John Doe investigations such as the one that flip the election in 2004.

Milwaukee County District Attorney Michael McCann did his office harm by his bias and loathing comments against Candidate Marvin Pratt.  McCann's John Doe timing was telling.

Milwaukee – Prosecutors filed a five-count civil complaint against Mayor Marvin Pratt on Monday alleging campaign finance irregularities, eight days before voters decide between him and former Congressman Tom Barrett for mayor.
14. We Ask Senator Lena Taylor to ensure that her campaign is NOT trampled by those who will seek to find any little thing to mire her campaign.  Therefore, her financials should be above reproach.
15. We Ask Senator Lena Taylor to step up and speak "truth to the power of the Democratic Party" for their DISRESPECT in a Master Plan that FAILED to include the owners of the city of Milwaukee, the voters - They are majority African American, other People of Color and their Caucasian family members (mother, father, brother, and sister).  CLICK Master Plan

16. We  Ask Senator Lena Taylor to daily put herself on a BOLD and innovative agenda with announcements, tweets, emails, phone calls and press conferences about what she will bring to the table to spur entrepreneurship, neighborhood housing development, 21st Century public transportation, digital broadband, education for our gap in academic excellence, remove "lead" from our water and land, appointments of African American and other People of Color to our local government.
17. Stand with Senator Lena Taylor with TRUST for her leadership and her nuance campaign.

18. ELECT Senator Lena Taylor with assurance she will NOT take your vote for granted and she will HONOR the Oath of Office as the next mayor of Milwaukee.
