13th Amendment - 150 years - It means a lot to all that consider themselves AMERICANS

FOR THE PEOPLE - Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

Section 2.  Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

=========

We remember every time an elected-appointed-hired and donor for hire engaged twice in 2015 to reduce this Amendment to "0" in the Milwaukee Streetcar and NBA Bucks Mega Greed Deal - 30 years of Involuntary Servitude.

We remember Tom Barrett, Mayor, Chris Abele, County Executive and Scott Walker, Governor - It is Cheaper to Keep Them - Wisconsin Bill 209.

We will not forget the awful and brutal history of slavery, NOR today's form of 21st Century slavery.
