Mary Glass, Chair/CEO, will contact sites within the city of Milwaukee and others to institute the information sharing through real time site and webinar training for Wellness and Fitness. MPA LLC will provide the leadership in resourcing - co-sponsors, sites, recruitment and coordination of training experts, subject matter, class size and other relevant issues.

It is an outgrowth of support of the Affordable Health Care law USA. The first focus is "Canning - Self Preservation".

The slogan: "Your Health is Your Best Friend" is taken from a regular Reminder of Mary Glass's mother, Jeanette Glass - Teacher for 35 years.
She also suffered from Arthritis and often it was the reason she would make the reminder to her four children - "to respect their health".
Canning is a self-sustaining Home Economics craft taught/passed on to family members during the time of Glass's childhood.
