MPA PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY ruling on behaviors and positions against African Americans, other People of Color, and Work Challenged Milwaukeeans

Psychological Safety                               Psychological Safety is in the DNA for the day-to-day broad engagement and identification in Public Policy in the public square to dismantle DISCRIMINATION being rigorously led by greedy and ruthless Caucasians and African Americans that manipulate their positions and behaviors with practices of THEFT of federal resources, exploitation, segregation, self-advantage, fear, and control.  

There is a systematic removal of civil rights and humanistic growth of African Americans, Other People of Color, and Work Challenged Milwaukeeans in the 15 Aldermanic Districts.  Self-worth, information sharing, accountability, and a conspiracy of silence stop asset and wealth building.

We know our work is WORTH the risk of calling a spade a spade

We know our WORK calls for “everyone doing his/her part” to successfully GROW THE WHOLE.

We know our WORK demands leadership from the People with trials and errors for paradigm shifts, transparency, oversight, empowerment, and PUSH. PUSH. PUSH to remove the unproductive and DISCRIMINATING STATUS QUO.

Therefore, you will read up and listen up to MPA-LLC calling the names out of the monopoly-oligopoly power grabbers, revealing the stench of the elected-appointed-hired and donor-for-hire board of directors, organizations, and foundations for Accountability
