We Opened the Week with "UNITY" on SUNDAY.

Unity is the Kwanzaa principle to connect the other six (6) items of KWANZAA.

MONDAY

December 27, 2021, is Day 2 of Kwanzaa - KUJICHAGULIA.

We illuminate this DAY OF SELF-DETERMINATION.  

We release for another year that WE, THE PEOPLE are our keepers for TRANSFORMATIVE EXISTENCE.

Some of our priorities are: 

• CONTROL/FINGERPRINT ON SPENDING OF ALL FEDERAL FUNDING (including EB-VISA, FTA, WHEDA, HUD, US Treasury special allocations) 
• CORONAVIROUS PANDEMIC - Delta, Omicron, etc.
• ENDURING CONCENTRATED POVERTY - under- & unemployment
• EQUITY INCLUSION
• GUIDANCE, TRANSPARENCY & ACCOUNTABILITY OF ELECTED, APPOINTED, HIRED, DONOR-FOR-HIRE GOV REPS
• INFRASTRUCTURE CHANGES FOR MILWAUKEEANS - 96.8  SQUARE MILES
• VOTING RIGHTS

UNITY ITEMS

Milwaukeeans who live within the 15 districts MUST know about and correct "Items of Arrogance" that deletes TRUST and removes paradigm shifts, collaborations, and SMART CITY GROWTH.

WHO are they?

They are in-your-face monopoly-oligopoly Caucasian power grabbers.  Their DNA consists of SEGREGATION and DISCRIMINATION. 

The power grabbers are very powerful with linked authority via local, county, regional, state, and federal funding.

They take OUR financial resources - real estate, federal grant FUNDING, special plans, empowerment zoning, bid districts, tax credits, etc.) and create resolutions, laws, statutes, regulations, partnerships, standing committees, boards, advisory groups, and councils through elected individuals that appoint and hire "do as I say" administrations, i.e., Department of City Development, Department of Public Works, Department of Neighborhood Services, Department of Administration, BID 21, BID 51, and Port Authority for starters.

Donor-for-hire philanthropy uses their funds and partnerships to enforce huge control of federal funding and create projects that red-line and dominate  MILLIONS from taxpayers - i.e., Milwaukee Foundation, Medical College of Wisconsin, Bader Philanthropies, Habitat for Humanities, and Zilber Foundation.

MILWAUKEEANS are/become their own enemy by assuming the role of  GATEKEEPER for an appointment, named for an award, and being paid-off.  

We must make sure that "we are in UNITY/solidarity against wrongdoers".

To whistle-blow and HOLD ACCOUNTABLE African Americans and others who are Gatekeepers.

Bublr Bike must be held accountable for their Discrimination and wrongful use of Federal Transportation Administration funding.

With the resignation of Tom Barrett, WE have the opportunity of installing a new government at City Hall, 200 E. Wells, Milwaukee, 53202, with high standards tied to the Core Constituents.

This means the people's responsibility starts with a credible executive branch and legislative branch.

To expose the old guard of unacceptable behavior, i.e., Michael Murphy, District 10 alderman behavior as Chair-Finance and Personnel Committee or Marina Dimitrijevic, 14th District alderwoman lack of leadership and courtesy response to Pandemic issues as the Chair-Health & Safety committee.

That everyone will start brand new and with shown respect for obtaining a "good standing".

To demand that the new CEO and legislators show RESPECT for the CORE CONSTITUENTS starting with State Statute 66.1001(4)(a).

To start off with a thorough review of the Employee Relation, City Attorney, Health Department, Department of Administration, Fire & Police Commission, and Standing Committees.

To remove Michael Murphy and anyone else with shown conflict of interests.

To revisit/review Business Improvement Districts, Neighborhood Improvement District creations, Bid 51, CDBG Neighborhood Strategic Plans, Milwaukee Symphony, Intermodal Center, 

To REMOVE BUBLR BIKE from the city of Milwaukee profile - this includes any support by corporations tied to Milwaukee and return of all funding.

To mandate a quality assurance expectation with a COMMON SENSE Initiative for top-notch health care in the city of Milwaukee.
