Police Review - Payment, Polices & Prosecution

Joel Avecedo - Milwaukee, WI
JUNE 2, 2020
MILWAUKEE || MILWAUKEE COUNTY is one of the many cities with a police history that is deeply troubling and filled with public policies that require IMMEDIATE address by the Charter Officers of the Executive and Legislative branches that can germinate HOPE in our "infrastructure" and move us from the present quagmire.

To be clear, the Legislative branch led by the Common Council President Cavalier Johnson, District 2 is expected to provide leadership that addresses the Mission of their office as our hired/elected legislators and the seven (7) inner committees with specifics to statutorily ensure the satisfaction of their reason for being.

The 15-member Common Council has a call-to-order, based in past and present facts to address specific racist behavior and other practices that demean the promise of "safety" for each family, each Milwaukeeans - Mayor again calls for firing of Officer Mattioli, facing homicide charge in Joel Acevedo's death

The attached Scribd email sent on May 28, 2020, allows the leadership of the Common Council and the members of the Health and Safety committee to address inappropriate behavior in the first Health  Safety Committee since the 2020 election.
