NORMALLY, BARRETT HAS MEMBERS OF "NEWAUKEE", A YOUNG CAUCASIAN GROUP THAT IS ACCEPTED BY CAUCASIANS AND THOSE WHO ARE FAILING TO BRING TO THE TABLE THEIR CONSTITUENTS THAT ARE NON-CAUCASIAN.

THIS IS THE GROUP THAT CAVALIER JOHNSON, 2nd DISTRICT ALDERMAN ENDORSED AS THE GROUP HE WISHES TO WORK WITH FOR HIS "NEW GROUP" FOR GROWTH IN MILWAUKEE.

On August 13, 2016, a riot began in the Sherman Park neighborhood in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, sparked by the fatal police shooting of 23-year-old Sylville Smith.

TOM BARRETT said the upheaval in Sherman Park was the worst issue of his time in office.  Then, why we do not see the ACTION of his WORDS.  

He did not speak to the TRUST, SAFETY, and CALM brought on by his administration for the support to the family of Sylville Smith; 
- of the quick sharing of the videoCAMERAS requested by Sylville Smith's family;
- of the positive report from Director Ronald Davis - US DOJ COPS office regarding their INVESTIGATION of Milwaukee Police Department;
- a change in police bullying and shootings of People of Color;
- the removal of HIDTA oppression in the area; 
- partnerships with those who have received excessive resources not given to the citizenry of Milwaukee, i.e., BMO (Canadian investment bank), Irgens, Michael Best & Friedrich, Mandel, Gorman, Marcus, Abele, Northwestern, Collier's International, Pabst Theater, Joseph Properties, Johnson Control, The Bucks, and Fiserv;  
- a positive report from the solidarity of BIDs and Neighborhood Strategic Planning Groups for the removal of

ENDURING CONCENTRATED POVERTY in Sherman Park and other like neighborhoods.
