TINN COUNCIL to Speak up and OUT for Urban and Rural Smart Cities & Villages

CITY-WIDE MILWAUKEE || TINN Council composition requires that the 25 members represent the residential, commercial and industrial stakeholders of Racine, Kenosha, and Milwaukee counties for the BROADBAND Initiative.  The 3-year case study, August 24, 2017 - September 1, 2020, seeks access, literacy, and use of the Internet.

The members are invited and recommended by others for membership in Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC TINN Membership group.  It is designed to follow the Stewardship Rule for monitoring, oversight, and recommendations.


fiduciary duty is the highest standard of care at either equity or law and goes to the heart of TRUST.  Each member takes their Oath of Office as a badge of Integrity and works in the best interest of those the TINN Council serve.
