SKULDUGGERY in Bedford Municipal Court - Subpoenas not honored

APRIL 22, 2023***********************************
UPDATED APRIL 23, 2023
"Whether or not people who are here, are the people who are here - you're asking for a Continuance", Brian Downey - Chief Magistrate Bedford Ohio Municipal Court
BEDFORD, OHIO || 165 Clay Road - officials of Bedford Municipal Court are involved in a coverup of seven (7) Subpoenas NOT HONORED on Friday, April 21, 2023, Hearing with Magistrate Brian Downey.
The Subpoenas were paid for and requested 8 days before by Mary Glass to provide witnesses for the bizarre and fraudulent Eviction hearing on April 21, 2023, with Magistrate Brian Downey.
The delivery had been confirmed by the Bedford Municipal Court "forms office" that the Subpoenas were "perfected" - a term used to give confirmation.
When Mary Glass asked Magistrate Brian Downey for verification of why the SUBPOENAED witnesses were NOT present, he was not forthcoming on behalf of the People's Court.
His response, "Whether or not people who are here, are the people who are here - you're asking for a Continuance", Brian Downey.
It was seen as trickery.
It is important to know that Magistrate Downey failed/refused to explain. His failure "impacted" the case of Mary Glass.
SKULDUGGERYThis type of action causes Conflict of Interest and DISTRUST of the Bedford Municipal Court in the public square and why Friends of Public Policy has launched an ongoing due diligence project to assist members of the communities to understand their rights.
Magistrate Brian Downey failed his OATH.

FRIENDS OF PUBLIC POLICY - Our Story
EXPERTS, SUBPOENAS
& EXHIBITS
APRIL 14, 2023
EXPERTS, SUBPOENAS
& EXHIBITS
OUR STORY
Our passion starts and stops
in delivering TRUSTWORTHY customer care WITH DELIVERABLES FOR THE COMMUNITIES –
especially core constituents that are taxpayers - residential and commercial
stakeholders - many times over – yet mired in enduring concentrated poverty,
racial discrimination, real estate steal, and greediness.
We seek evaluation of those who take OATH OF OFFICE and assist in the worthiness of their services via monitoring and oversight of rules, regulations, and information sharing.
NO ONE IS EXEMPT.
Our CITIZENSHIP in our
township/city, county, state, region, and nation demands competency of contact
for exposure of information, rule of law, ethical public law, and the removal of
monopoly-oligopoly groups of privileges of all kinds.
WE SUPPORT EQUITY
INCLUSIVENESS.
===========================
CITIZENSHIP
: the state of being vested with the rights,
privileges, and duties of a citizen.
: the character of an individual viewed as a
member of society; behavior in terms of the duties, obligations, and functions
of a citizen.
FRIENDS OF PUBLIC POLICY are unique and select partners who care about our clients, customers, projects, and outcomes.
Our specific
focus is on African Americans, other People of Color, and Work Challenged
individuals in the public square. They are repeatedly at the bottom of the
scale and treated with DISRESPECT no matter how much they CONTRIBUTE.
WE SEEK EXPLICIT CHANGES WITH
REPEATED POSITIVE RESULTS.

In early 2020, the U.S. Congress appropriated funds in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. These funds were made possible through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act and other supplemental legislation. In March of 2021, additional funds were appropriated through the American Rescue Plan Act.
FRIENDS OF PUBLIC POLICY case studies will scan for funding that will assist populations within the 14 communities.

ANNOUNCEMENT
Friends of Public Policy
APRIL & MAY 2023
The world of EVICTION, also known as a forcible entry and detainer action, is a lawsuit filed by a landlord asking the court to remove a tenant from a rental property. – What can be done to ensure that elected, appointed, hired, and donor-for-hire members of public government are TASKED and held responsible for the safety and equal observance of the rules and regulations to make our townships, cities, counties, state, regional, and federal government is running properly for INCLUSIVENESS of all?
The Rule of Law and finely tuned public policies help
guarantee less likelihood of torture due to “discrimination” and “poverty”
under the leadership of those we elect.
Decision makers – those we elect, magistrates, and/or judges –
have the OATH to HONOR when evaluating and instituting the awesome power and
disruption of EVICTION to the People.
The three (3) branches of government – EXECUTIVE,
LEGISLATIVE, JUDICIAL require strong CITIZENSHIP FROM THE People.
