Therefore, to help ensure that THE the twins of WASTE and CORRUPTION do not create mold on hope and growth, 100% Enforcement by your 3 Musketeers - Secretary Pete Buttigieg/Transportation, Secretary Marty Walsh/Labor, and Mitch Landrieu/Senior Advisor and Infrastructure Coordinator MUST BE active with actions of TRUST.
Also, when you, Vice President Kamala Harris, (your better halves), and others representing your administration step foot in our cities or plan to, you make it mandatory that you ask about service delivery, and you get your reports directly from the census tract of the districts-communities. Always an organic population that proves it is INFORMED and approving of reports.

Therefore, the Caucasian Power Grabbers and Elected cronies have gone Hog Wild. The funds for Milwaukee were given to the leadership of Thomas Mark Barrett, Mayor.
He is the one you appointed out of the blue (suspiciously) for Ambassador of Luxembourg.
It appeared then and still seem phony.
Especially since Tom Barrett has such a dismal record in pandemic health, water-lead safety, employment, affordable housing, and assisting African Americans to be self-sustaining entrepreneurs. over his 15 years.
Tom Barrett was only interested in the Milwaukee Metropolitan Association of Commerce, Greater Milwaukee Committee, and Milwaukee 7 (ran by Gale Klappa - We Energies corporation). These (3) three groups do not represent the stakeholders of Milwaukee. In fact, they came to the table with the burden of 6 Caucasian counties for Milwaukee to help them grow.
Barrett was joined by enablers like the Common Council of Milwaukee and intersections of other government levels - state-county-Milwaukee Public Schools.
