Milwaukeeans are too quiet. On the merits, you MUST OPEN YOUR MOUTH & SPEAK TRUTH TO CON GAME by Tom Barrett, Ashanti Hamilton, Common Council for starters
JULY 9, 2018
CITY-WIDE MILWAUKEE || It is the day-after the aired Upfront interview with Tom Barrett by Mike Gousha, Channel 12.
It is super important that MILWAUKEEANS begin to "TAKE BACK their city" and install "worthy" charter officers.
It is mandatory that steps are taken at the ballot box 2018-2020, however, every day your voice should be heard at 414.286.2200 - Tom Barrett - Mayor and 414.286.2228 - Ashanti Hamilton - Common Council President to let these two AND your Alderperson (414.286.2221) what time it is in your neighborhood, on your street, and in your house.
Call out and Speak up
These are the Cap Notes from the Upfront Show w/Mike Gousha, Channel 12, with Tom Barrett, Mayor, Sunday, July 8, 2018.
The false message, smoke n mirrors and lack of leadership and commitment to the Core Constituents of Milwaukee spoke to the ongoing hypocrisy and talking points of Tom Barrett.
He speaks in the clouds.
He speaks of the dreams and takeover of his cronies and those who met at the Milwaukee Renaissance Luncheon and claimed partial victory in their 12 years take-over of assets, resources, real estate, laws and governing agents to provide for a DOWNTOWN Milwaukee for wealthy Caucasians like Mandel properties, Collier's International, Potawatomi, Harley Davidson, Northwestern Mutual, Johson Control, MEDC, MMAC, Gale Klappa-Milwaukee 7, and the billionaire Bucks owners.
They came together through the all-Caucasian Milwaukee 7 (Tom was a Co-leader), MMAC with the leadership of Tim Sheehy, and Caucasian lead GMC for 12 years plotted HOW to increase their wealth of corporate members such as Northwestern Mutual and the Bucks ( Herb Kohl and billionaires), do your homework and CALL THEM OUT.
They ALL came through your backdoor/MILWAUKEEANS to your kitchen table and have stolen much of your wealth through real estate, tax increment districts, special and giant loans from funding sources with your name on it and put in place to empower the residential and commercial stakeholders of Milwaukee.
You got decades of Involuntary Servitude and they got towering million dollar condos and skyscrapers, automatic laws in their favor, and branches of government - DCD, DPW, DOA, DNS with thousands of paid public employees you pay for (many you see morning and evening on I-94 and I-43 taking taxes to their out-of- Milwaukee homes.
Who's Accountable?
Tom, Ashanti, the Common Council and the gang of thieves have placed a giant sucking ATM through your entitlement pocketbooks and personal city coffers. It is time to sweep the docket CLEAN. Do your homework.
Tom Barrett told Mike Gousha of a giant plan with excitement with the federally funded "The Hop" to be driven in a useless circle downtown. He did not speak of how it is mandatory because of how it will put unemployed and UNDEREMPLOYED Milwaukeeans to work. He only mentions it because Gousha asked about it. Barrett had NO REAL SUBSTANCE when Gousha asked about the "severe LEAD" problem - laterals, land, and in our bodies - the bodies of our young. He seems eager to "get rid of Dr. Patricia McManus. Not all the interview is mentioned in the Recap but READ what he said.
Do not know why the video is not available. But, as soon as Susan MacDonald, Mike Gousha office gets back to MPA LLC, we will share.

". . . Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett said the city is experiencing an "economic renaissance," and the controversial streetcar project is part of the boom.
Rails for the first route have been laid, the first cars have arrived, and the city says the public will soon see testing of the system. The streetcar is expected to begin full-time operations and open to the public this fall.
"You think eventually you can win over the critics?" Gousha asked the mayor.
“Well I'm not going to win over all the critics, but what I want people to realize is that the streetcar is really part of a vision. And I think what you are seeing right now, being executed, in the heart of the city is that vision, because we're in the midst of an economic renaissance unlike anything we've in our lifetime," Barrett said.
Gousha also asked Barrett about the city's lead-in-water problem. Many homes in the city get drinking water from antiquated lead pipes, and the city’s health department has been under fire over its handling of the issue.
"How are you going to restore public confidence that you're doing the right thing, that kids' lives aren't being put in jeopardy?" Gousha said.
"At every juncture if there's been an issue with lead, I've talked to the public about it, because trust is so important. Are there problems? Yes there are problems. Have they been solved? Not all of them, but I do think will be, absolutely yes," Barrett said."
===========
It is mandatory that each voting and non-voting Milwaukeean know about and discusses their sustainability in the economic and quality of life issues controlled by the city government - they make laws and they spend your money - city coffers and federal funding programs (millions-on-top-of-millions)
Do NOT forget, call and let your INPUT be heard to drive up your quality of life and economic development in your home, school, block, street, neighborhood city. I look forward to hearing about your "due diligence" - calls, input on Facebook, Tweeter, LinkedIn, NextDoor, etc. and in various reporting spots.
MORE TO COME.
Do your part. Ask the hard questions and demand accountability from this point forward. That includes seeing that Tom, Ashanti, the Common Council feet are held to scrutiny and right now laws are applied for their misuse of powr and use of funds without your authority.
