Where is the proof of "Economic Renaissance" for Milwaukeeans the Core Constituents-stakeholders-taxpayers-owners of the city coffers?
What do they get for the $128 million plus for "The Hop Scam"?

Where are the "Economic Renaissance" reports from Northwestern Mutual Life, BMO, The Bucks Arena projects, Couture-Moderne projects, Mandel properties, Potawatomi Hotel & Casino, Gilbane, The Ambassador, Marcus Corporation, Johnson Control, Marriott, Collier's International, Greater Milwaukee Realtor Association, Milwaukee Real Estate Investors Association, Harley Davidson, that gives the impressive numbers of African American, other People of Color, and Work Challenged Milwaukeeans that worked as strategists, developers, architects, designers, employment agencies, financial agents, realtors, prime contractors, subcontractors, tradesperson, consultants, and long-term employees from the neighborhoods - 15 districts - of the city of Milwaukee?

with Employ Milwaukee, Compete Milwaukee, and Milwaukee Urban Strategies for starters?

How can Milwaukeeans feel that they are at the core value of the "Economic Renaissance" with a detached statement made by the top position holder of the city government of Milwaukee?
Does it sound like he has strategic planning of Economic Renaissance that included Amani, Midtown, Metcalfe, Center Street, Midtown, North Milwaukee, West Milwaukee, South Milwaukee, Sherman Park OR Walker's Point and Harambee with substance and with specificity?
What about our children - childcare through teens?
What about the water/lead crisis?
What about the flooding issues?
What about the ongoing "bad actors" of the Milwaukee Police Department?
What about the seniors and re-entry workers that were retired?
What about the Vets, Mentally ill and HOMELESS?
What about the young adults/Millennials of Color?
What about zip code 53206 Incarceration neighborhood families?
What about the "Fatherhood Initiative with ex-assistant, Terence Ray?
What about the OAAA/Office of African American Affairs Initiative stalled in the Department of Administration - Sharon Robinson, Director and co-oped with stalls by Chris Abele, Milwaukee County Executive/Nicole M Brookshire, Director.
What about MPA LLC 7-month NO-RESPONSE (your office via Nick Ramos) contact with your office regarding discrimination, lack of citizen engagement, spending taxpayer dollars, rigidity and suspicious economic development/housing with Paula Kiely, Joan Johnson, Sam McGovern-Rowen and Board of Milwaukee Public Library; and, Kiely/Board refusal to allow MPA LLC to share the 3-year case study of TINN - Team Internet Net Neutrality BROADBAND Initiative for the Underserved Users at a monthly meeting.
What about the failed Employment Center at 27th & North - Earl Buford and Willie Wade? Buford recently jumped ship. Who knows about Wade?
What about a North/South BRT that would take Milwaukeeans to family-supporting jobs in areas like Menomonee Falls?
What about the STALLED Bronzeville Renaissance?
What about the BOGUS Add-on Streetcar of MLKing Drive and Walker's Point? Cut the smoke-n-mirror, bait-n-switch, and Willie Lynch modeling for People of Color of the city of Milwaukee.

What FINAL reports of an Impact Study of HIRED Milwaukeeans in all of the "Economic Renaissance" projects downtown - start to finish, the neophyte to experienced entrepreneur (not just set-aside)? Where are the reports to back up your GLEE Tom?
A never before IMPACT of Economic Renaissance for the Core Constituents would alleviate the strain of Under- and Un-employment in neighborhoods of high-density poverty that is the "Petri Dish" for fearsome behavior bordered by violence, drugs, addictions, post-traumatic syndromes, and HOPELESSNESS.
"Impact" to justify GLEE and a true surge for pronouncing an Economic Renaissance in the city of Milwaukee.
