NATIONAL HEALTH CARE - Why it is important to weigh in on the Victory Ruling Today

CINCINNATI - In the first ruling by a federal appeals court on President Barack Obama's health care overhaul, a panel in Cincinnati handed the administration a victory Wednesday by agreeing that the government can require a minimum amount of insurance for Americans.

Judge Boyce F. Martin and Judge Jeffrey Sutton joined together with a 2-1 vote in favor. They were part of a three-judge 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel. Their decision was appreciatively delivered in less than a month after hearing oral arguments.

Why I had to weigh in
This is just fantastic.

I thank the two judges that "get it" - Judge Boyce F. Martin and Judge Jeffrey Sutton.

It's a great day in the neighborhood when we get to hear things like this. A great day. We know that the busy bodies of defeat will continue; however, it is so nice to hear something "SUPER POSITIVE" from those in a position to know better, do better but too often fall short - too short.

The last year and a half has been filled with "poison" - devisive, obstructionist and inflamatory untruths by those who have a blend of self-indulgence, hatred, racism, and warped mindsets.

The truth is: They or their significant kindred will be the first to stand in line with an American flag to claim the quote, Obama Healthcare benefits if Mother Nature, health crisis, ponzy schemes and the economy of greed clear their eyes of plenty and privilege.

"Keep living" was a wise saying passed down from generation-to-generation in my family and others. For sure if we remain alive, it is true that one's mindset will change through means necessary and those one feel not necessary.
