Announcement: Milwaukee Public Integrity Officers
MILWAUKEE, WI - JULY 12, 2011, Milwaukee Professionals Association is "On the Road" again and introduces another layer to All Hands on Deck, WE, Not Me Initiative.
It is Milwaukee Public Integrity Officers outreach. This is an idea borrowed from New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman with a twist. It will be used also to help ensure ongoing transparency, best practices, customer care, inclusion, trust and accountability to help build "public confidence" in those we elect, are appointed, hired and those that volunteer to recruit, implement and allocate government funds.

MPA seeks to forge a coalition with organizations and to put this idea into action with residential and commercial stakeholders.
By using the recent unfortunate incident in the Riverwest area to link responsible Milwaukeans (all ages) in creating a "Safety Prevention and Intervention Initiative".
"I can see this excitement as a giant opportunity to address this type of “sporadic volatility” that dates back to similar behaviors in the past at the malls (Mayfair and Bayshore) and in the Metcalfe, and Amani neighborhoods, said Mary Glass, Chair/CEO, Milwaukee Professionals Association." "Safety-Code of Conduct Intervention/Prevention plan can be created to bring more parents and their children to the table for planning-implementation of behavior modification, training, education attainment, code of conduct and wellness."
MORE to come soooooooooooooooooon.
