MILWAUKEE, WI - The Milwaukee Branch of the NAACP call on Mayor Tom Barrett, County Executive Chris Abele and Governor Scott Walker to lead in forming community-member work groups at each level of government to provide oversight and coordination of audits - using external auditors, to examine if the city, county and state are in compliance with civil rights and equal opportunity laws, and policies.
