MILWAUKEE || MILWAUKEE COUNTY can be the residential and commercial model for all counties in America for internet networking for Smart Cities
IT - Internet Technology is the No. 1 issue that should be on REFRAMING the HUMAN INFRASTRUCTURE of America URBAN and RURAL environments.
WISE - WI Internet for Smart City Empowerment call for the Board of Supervisors (18) and the County Executive move with expediency to support their promise to the citizenry.
In 2020, County Executive David Crowley and the
Milwaukee County Board of Supervisors promptly passed an ordinance committing the County
to advancing racial equity and eliminating health disparities.
These critical actions launched the
County into strategic planning to make Milwaukee the healthiest county in Wisconsin by
achieving racial equity. Guiding these efforts, Milwaukee County adopted a health and equity
framework based on the Wisconsin Population Health Institute’s Mobilizing Action Toward
Community Health Initiative.
This approach is focused on addressing root causes of racial
inequities, stemming from organizational polices, practices and systems

To lead the Broadband Connectivity in residential and commercial networking in southwestern Wisconsin and Wisconsin.
