CITY/COUNTY-WIDE MILWAUKEE || MPA-LLC Clearinghouse/CH has logged in to another program of its All Hands on Deck Initiative 2020-2025 for empowering members of Milwaukee County, namely Milwaukeeans.
The target populations are:

- Born Frees/GEN X
WISE - WI Internet for SMART CITIES Empowerment is a NEW "mission-critical" concept for ensuring HUMAN Infrastructure reframing using American Rescue Plan Funding - for which it is mandated.
It is an opportunity with massive funding EARMARKED for the one-time expenditure necessary to get the ball rolling for the long-awaited routing/CONNECTIVITY to bolster Wi-Fi engagements 24/7/365 for residential and commercial stakeholders on all government, social, and economic platforms.
It is the critical link for urban and rural populations to begin seriously to level the playing field for economic stability.
WISE - WI Internet for SMART CITIES Empowerment - is a NEW recommendation for all counties in the USA by MPA-LLC.
First of all, it will recognize residential and commercial internet networking as a right-now public policy for acceptance by all counties that received the American Rescue Plan Fund passed by the Senate of March 6th, 2021, and signed by President Joe Biden on March 11th, 2021.
It will grant the baseline for data "connectivity" of Broadband for work, building the economy, entertainment, and survival of the citizenry. It buys into Smart Growth Implementation passed 10 years ago for the USA.
