So, Where is MARIA MONTEAGUDO
Past Director, Department of Employee Relations?

Rhonda Kelsey  -  appointed to be City Purchasing Director on July 1, 2008; was confirmed by the Common Council on July 30, 2008.

Above are four (4) more women working under Barrett's leadership. These additional four (4) plus MARIA MONTEAGUDO make the count nineteen (19) women in KEY positions.

                                    Makda Fessahaye

                              Director of Human Relations

Since he has engaged in a MILWAUKEE RENAISSANCE with Milwaukee 7 and friends, the entire administration will continue to create two (2) cities - Caucasian with and People of Color without.

Below, are comments about the IN/OUT debacle of  MARIA MONTEAGUDO, ex-Director of Human Relations - The long-term city employee failed to provide professional guardrails in city planning of personnel dealing with Sexual Harassment of Elected Officials especially since she was in the position during the sexual scandal of former Milwaukee Mayor John Olof Norquist and staff assistant Marilyn Figueroa

Long-time director Maria Monteagudo retired this fall in the middle of a debacle investigation of hers that presented discrepancies of "vetting" personnel, appearing to be complicit in a BOGUS harassment claim by a MOB-LIKE group of disgruntle and conspiracy theorists in the city attorney personnel left from the GRANT LANGLEY administration.  Langley was handily defeated by a 61% vote of TEARMAN SPENCER.

MONTEAGUDO, A 32-year veteran of city government left with high praise from two (2) council members and a co-worker. “She is to me one of the best managers I work with. She has a can-do spirit, no-nonsense, she just gets things done,” said Department of Administration Director Sharon Robinson in September.

“I’m going to miss you greatly, not only as a professional but as a friend,” said Alderman Michael Murphy.

“You definitely will be missed. It was a blow when I heard about [your retirement],” said Alderwoman Chantia Lewis.

ROBINSON, MURPHY and LEWIS comments are questionable given the behavior of Monteagudo for lack of professional vetting practices judgment with the Fire and Police Commission after being in the position for 3 decades - her lack of ethics for conflict of interest, failure to uphold the mission of office she held, a quick "retirement" but today remain hired by the city through the City Clerk's office as a decision-maker - City Service Commission @ $161.54 bi-weekly.

THOMAS MARK BARRETT is the present mayor of Milwaukee.  His election in 2004 presented Caucasians a MONOPOLY-OLIGOPOLY control of the funds of the city of Milwaukee - 96.8 square miles.

Milwaukee 7, MMAC/Milwaukee Metropolitan Association and GMC/Greater Milwaukee Committee are made up of individuals and corporations that have robbed the city coffers of Milwaukee 96.8 square miles time and time again - over 15 years of $$MILLIONS. The city of Milwaukee has become the HOOK-UP for federal resources. Barrett's conflict of interest and discrimination - orchestrated by himself, councilpersons, his cabinet and partners in nearby counties in southeastern Wisconsin.

Barrett and the Milwaukee 7 crew have by design shown GREED of criminal proportions.  They are now seeking to commandeer the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy/CES.

CAN SOMEONE TELL WE, THE PEOPLE, WHY OUR FEDERAL-STATE-LOCAL FUNDS ARE GOING TO THESE OUTLIERS AND NOT MILWAUKEEANS IN THE 96.8 SQUARE MILES?

BARRETT HAS BEHAVED AS IF HE WAS A PRIVATE CORP CEO OR COUNTY EXECUTIVE OF MILWAUKEE COUNTY.

HE MUST GO IN 2024
