Intersectionality
There are fourteen (14) women being paid by taxpayers of the city of Milwaukee to provide "due diligence" in direct or indirect administration for Smart Growth within the 15 districts - 96.8 square miles.

Milwaukee Professionals Professionals Association/MPA-LLC has chosen the month of May - Mother's Day month - to introduce and monitor the "intersectionality" of policies of 14 women hired - elected-appointed-hired, donor-for-hire government representatives now in their daily agenda and going forward.

Specifics of focus include:
  • Balance Sheet - the annual budget for taxpayers' growth.
  • Pandemic and daily health care within 15 districts.
  • Eliminating racial disparities in maternal and infant mortality.
  • Affordable housing - vulnerable populations a priority.
  • BROADBAND/IoT neighborhoods within city 15 districts.
  • Cleanup and beautifying of neighborhood services a priority.
  • Creating tax increment finance for 15 districts beyond downtown Milwaukee.
  • Promoting gainful employment for People of Color of the 15 districts in ALL policymaking.
  • Promoting People-Friendly public transportation for 15 districts
  • Remove CDBG "pet projects" submitted by the city government.
  • Promotion of leadership Infrastructure in 15 districts.
  • R&D - Research and Development BIDEN/HARRIS administration.
  • Remove "redlining" and widespread DISCRIMINATION.  through lock-step voting using THE FALSE IMPRESSION of unanimous voting,
  • Remove Department of City Development dominance and commandeering of financial revenue and resources without authorization of citizenry - must be paid, created, and moderated by neighborhood leadership - taxpayers.
  • Provide NEW opportunities for hands-on authorization by residential and commercial stakeholders of each of the 15 districts.
  • quality of life and economic development in their position to "impact" Enduring Concentrated Poverty".
        *  an incomplete list.

In the photo above are 13 women with impactful roles in how public policies are shared - i.e., Katharyn Foley, Kane Communication, Moderator Tuesday and Thursday COVID briefing on Fox6now.com/live. County Executive David Crowley and Tom Barrett, mayor fail to have African Americans and other People of Color present for media coverage after repeated alerts from MPA-LLC.

The 14th person is Makda Fessahaye for Director of Employment Relations.

Fessahaye was appointed by Tom Barrett, the mayor on December 15, 2020, is the city of Milwaukee NEW leader for Employment Relations.

The Employee Relations Director serves as the City’s chief human resources officer and provides oversight and direction over the City’s civil service system, onboarding, classification and compensation, pay and benefits administration, employee training and development, compliance, safety, grievance administration, and employee relations matters.

The Director is responsible for advising the Mayor and members of the cabinet regarding employment matters, regulatory compliance, and implementing best practices that support the delivery of quality and timely essential city services.

Prior to this role, Fessahaye served the State as both Legal Counsel and as an Employment Relations Specialists. She has served a total of six years in government with the State of Wisconsin.

Fessahaye, unlike Monteagudo, comes with legal experience, employment ruling, member of a group of attorneys, and member with experience connected to the neighborhoods, however, she too has not shown the "maturity" necessary for her position.  Her willingness to engage in "media violence" with articles on Urban Milwaukee is unacceptable.  Her bias and conflict of interest comments fail to illuminate the resolution requested by Sponsors JoCasta Zamarripa, District 8, and Michael Murphy, District 10 for a "Harassment policy for Elected Officials".

Given that there are a number of claims that can and will come forward for those on board - men and women Elected officers - before and during City Attorney Tearman Spencer's term, the director of employment relations has a grade of "F".

                                                Disgraceful
Director Makda Fessahaye, City of Milwaukee Employment Relations comes after the disgraceful behavior of her predecessor  Maria Monteagudo

Maria Monteagudo is reported to have involved herself with components of "Conflict of Interest" and failing to operate with integrity regarding her behind-the-scenes role to represent the city of Milwaukee in a respectful role for a bizarre investigation of a disgruntle mob claiming "sexual harassment" against City Attorney Tearman Spencer.

She failed to provide the city of Milwaukee with the credibility of guidelines - rules and regulations on the books/statutes - of definition for Sexual Harassment by an elected official.

It is found out that the city of Milwaukee has FAILED the citizenry the appropriate rules and regulation for "harassment by ELECTED Officials" - even though the CEO/Mayor prior to Tom Barrett - John Norquist - Marilyn Figueroa, aide, filed in the year 2000 a Harassment Complaint.

NORQUIST resigned and reimbursed the city suit.

The office of Employment Relations has embroiled the city of Milwaukee in "conflict of interest" and "bias" reporting and "media violence" of a controversial issue known as Harassment.

DEADLINE, UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT, is the team that will share info about each of the 14 and the eight (8) Common Council and city legislative committees and the City Clerk's office.
