We, the People, the electorate of Milwaukee, have allowed due process to "be swept under the rug"It has allowed $billions to be shared with outsiders - too often inappropriately and WITHOUT a Return on Investment/ROI.

There is a BREACH in how the charter officers, those they appoint and hire have allowed resources to be given in the name of the operation of departments, Business Investment Districts/BIDs (10, 21, 51), Neighborhood Investment District/NID 1, pet projects, Community Development Block Grant/CDBG, and monopoly-oligopoly Caucasian groups - Milwaukee Economic Development Corporation/MEDC, Milwaukee 7, Milwaukee Metropolitan Association of Commerce, Greater Milwaukee Committee.

There is an obvious disregard for Smart Growth in the People of Color neighborhoods of the 15 Districts by the Charter Officers.

People of Color in unison bring the majority of the federal, state, and local funding to the coffers of the City of Milwaukee.  Yet, they remain MIRED in Enduring Concentrated Poverty.

The nineteen (19) Charter Officers of the city of Milwaukee were just elected or re-elected.  They are:

MAYOR - TOM BARRETT 1- EXECUTIVE - mayor@milwaukee.gov
