We ask the change of the reference of "Minority" to 
PEOPLE OF COLOR - POC to group the races of 
African American, American Indian, Asian, and Latino.

"Minority" suggests "LESS THAN" and provides the 
wrong mental optics.

"Minority" is a term to reference Caucasian women and 
allows Caucasian women privileges to soak up benefits
and funding.  

In Milwaukee, Wisconsin it is a sneaky way to 
disproportionately grab CONSTRUCTION and other dollars 
from African Americans.
